However, I dislike deep dryness and I'm concerned about elasticity, so I've been using this often lately, thinking an oil-based formula would be the least irritating for cleansing. True to its 'self-foaming oil' name, it eventually produces a slight lather, feeling like a gentle cleanser. Thanks to this, it has a fresher finish compared to other oils, making for a really pleasant user experience! It's not overwhelming for my oily skin, yet leaves a moisturizing finish.

However, those are harsh surfactants. I just realized they're using cheap, effective cleansing agents. I have no intention of repurchasing. Moreover, it contains all the problematic ingredients like PEG and fragrances. What's the point of cleansing well if it's damaging my skin? I'm considering tossing the half-empty bottle. The price seems excessive for these ingredients. Now that I'm more ingredient-conscious, I'll have to switch from Biotherm after using it for nearly 9 years. Looking at the ingredients, there are so many problematic ones. I've been using Biotherm's Pure.fect line, Aquasource moisturizer, Blue Therapy eye cream, and Biotherm BB cream for 9 years. Except for the Blue Therapy eye cream, all the other products seem to have subpar ingredients.

Easily removes base makeup, eye makeup, glitter, lightly tinted lips, mascara, and eyeliner. Being an oil-to-foam formula, you can finish in one step. It's neither too drying nor too slippery... If we're just looking at its cleansing effectiveness, it's a solid 4-star product...

The price and product are great, but the ingredients are really not good. I won't be able to use it again, unfortunately.

It's convenient to be able to do both oil and foam cleansing in one step. While it doesn't leave your skin squeaky clean, it removes makeup thoroughly.
