First of all, there's no lather, so I'm not sure if it has any cleansing power. It's also too greasy. I kept getting dandruff, and I thought I was washing my hair incorrectly, but when I switched to a different shampoo, the dandruff disappeared. For the price, it doesn't even function properly as a shampoo.

If you lukewarm water your hair before showering and then shampoo after showering, you can use less shampoo and the lather will be better since your hair will be swollen. Massage it in and let it sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing.
