Buy it twice, it's so great! Of course, there may be individual differences, but for me who was struggling with severe scalp irritation like seborrheic dermatitis and considering taking herbal medicine, this was just perfect!! Before washing my hair, I applied it generously around the part line and massaged the itchy areas intensively with a scalp massager^^~~ Even with just one use, the effects are great!!! The cooling sensation also lasts quite well^^

Pros
I have very oily hair and scalp, and the oil becomes visible even before the day is over. But after using this product, my hair feels much less greasy and incredibly refreshed. Massaging my scalp with this and then rinsing it off, followed by using a refreshing shampoo, leaves my hair feeling clean and revitalized. The scent of my hair is also less strong. The large volume is also great.

Pros
This was the first time I used a scalp pack product. My scalp used to be itchy and weak, and sometimes it would hurt, but after using this, those issues have almost disappeared. My scalp feels cool and refreshed. The stuffy feeling is gone, and my scalp seems much healthier now.

Pros
I was able to purchase it cheaply through a sale on KakaoTalk, and when I used it, I felt a refreshing sensation on my scalp. After using it, I was definitely less itchy, which was great. I use it about two to three times a week, and before, I would always have an itchy scalp after washing my hair and end up habitually scratching it. But since using this product, I don't have any itchiness at all.

I have a seborrheic scalp. The itching is less and the cooling is better, which is good. The scalp itching, irritation, and discomfort have definitely decreased a lot. It's recommended for people with severe dandruff, scaling, and itching to use it daily, but that's up to the individual. Drying it with cool air definitely gives a tightened feeling to the scalp. However, the inflammation within the scalp hasn't gone away. Looking at the reviews, there are some that say the issues have disappeared, so you can refer to those.
Cons
I can't directly capture the image, so I'll explain it. If you look at the product details on the Laneige website, there are before and after photos, and the 'before' photo on the top left looks very manipulated. It's like someone just splattered white dots on it with MS Paint... The effects are good, but they didn't need to do that image editing. As for downsides during use: 1. I applied it in two blocks, which was convenient, but for people with long hair, it may get on their hair. 2. You need to use 3-4 times the amount of shampoo to spread it evenly on the scalp. The refreshing mint sensation was the first thing I noticed. Aside from it being a bit difficult to apply on the scalp, the effects seem to be quite good!! I think using it together with the Shocking Shampoo Bar is even better, especially in relieving the itchiness!!!! Solid product, I'll probably continue using it for a while.
Cons
My hair was stiff as a board, haha. I was shocked when I first used it with the shampoo bar, haha. A conditioner is a must!
Tip

Pros
First, it's so cooling! My scalp really feels refreshed! Second, the itchiness is subsiding. On the very first day I used it, my scalp itchiness completely disappeared. I'll have to use it more to know for sure, but the itchiness has definitely gone down! Third, my dandruff has decreased! Small flakes used to fall off, but now the dandruff has significantly reduced. It's only been 2 weeks since I started using it, but I bought a bundle pack on sale and plan to stock up for later.
Cons
For people with long hair, a lot gets absorbed into the hair. Make sure to apply it section by section to get it well onto the scalp. And the 200ml size is actually a bit small, contrary to expectations. Stock up when it's on sale.
Tip
If you have a scalp massager, use that. Massaging with your hands alone doesn't reach all the spots.
