  Pros

  Ever since I got pregnant, my usual skincare products suddenly started causing issues. That's when I switched to Songlab and I've been using it for 7 years straight now. It doesn't cause any blemishes and works really well for my skin.

  Cons

  The price point is a bit... While it's fine for me since I stock up during sales, the regular price is quite steep and could be a burden for many.

  Tip

  I make sure to grab it whenever there's a sale or buy-one-get-one-free offer.

  Pros

  After getting pregnant, I searched for products with good ingredients to replace my usual skincare. Fortunately, this one suits me well - no blemishes and keeps my skin hydrated.

  Cons

  There's hardly any scent. While it's said to be good for pregnant women to use fragrance-free products, personally, I think a light herbal scent would be nice.

  Pros

  I've been using this product consistently for over 7 years, since my first pregnancy. Even with my sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I haven't experienced any breakouts while using this. Even after pregnancy, I find myself reaching for this over other specialized skincare products.

  Cons

  The previous mist container was actually the most convenient. The packaging seems to be getting heavier and less user-friendly with each update.

  Tip

  As those who've purchased this multiple times know, you can get it much cheaper during buy-one-get-one-free or bundle promotions.

  Pros

  I've used two bottles of the discontinued essence, and I'm now on my second bottle of the newly reformulated product. I started using it during pregnancy, and it works great for me. Despite having sensitive skin, my redness has disappeared, and most importantly, I don't get any blemishes. I've repurchased it several times without really checking the ingredients, but after looking at the Hwahae app today, I feel confident using it worry-free.

  Cons

  The quantity for the price is a bit disappointing. It's the same volume as the pre-reformulation product, but it feels smaller somehow. Since I use it generously on cotton pads for hydration, I go through a bottle in just a month or two.

  Tip

  While using it with cotton pads is good, try this: soak cotton pads generously with the essence and place them on your nose and cheek areas like a mask for a moment before applying your moisturizer. It makes your skin feel even more hydrated!
