  Pros

  First off, this product excelled at its primary function of neutralizing redness! It also contains a subtle shimmer, which gave a luminous effect to those areas, almost like I'd applied a makeup base. While the product has a moisturizing texture, it dries to a soft matte finish, which was perfect for my combination dehydrated skin! It effectively concealed redness while providing a slight brightening effect, making it ideal for a natural, sheer makeup look.

  Cons

  The shimmer that I mentioned as a positive earlier was actually a bit of a drawback for me. Whenever I used this and applied makeup over it, I noticed small blemishes appearing. After some research, I found out that the shimmer can clog pores. I'd advise those with sensitive, blemish-prone skin to reconsider purchasing this product.

  Tip

  I didn't apply this all over my face. Instead, I focused on the upper cheeks, the center of my forehead extending slightly downward, and my chin. This strategy allowed for a glowing effect when I applied foundation or cushion makeup. Since this has a moisturizing texture, using a puff tends to absorb too much product. So, I applied it by gently patting and spreading with my fingers. Even with this method, it spread evenly without any pilling!

  Pros

  The best part was snagging it for around $10 during a sale! I tend to have a lot of redness, but this did a pretty good job of covering it up.

  Cons

  I noticed it has some shimmer in it. My forehead is a bit prominent, and I wanted to use this to cover up the redness from acne there. I'm worried the shimmer might make it look strange.

  Pros

  Although I don't usually have much redness, I decided to give this a try for occasional use. I like that it applies thinly and feels hydrating on the skin.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, the ingredients aren't the best. Also, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror on a bright sunny day and saw shimmer all over my face. It turns out it was due to the fine glitter particles in this product.

  Tip

  For those applying it around the nose area, I recommend using a damp sponge for better application.

  Pros

  It's moisturizing with great brightening and tone-correcting effects! I have really severe redness, but this covers it up nicely. I was worried after seeing many reviews saying the green tint was too strong, but for me it was just right! I highly recommend this for people with intense redness.

  Cons

  There's a bit of shimmer, but not enough to be bothersome. You'd have to look very closely in the mirror to notice a slight sparkle.

  Tip

  It's great for redness and even when applied to small areas like around the nose, it's moisturizing enough to cover well without any patchiness or cracking.

  This product definitely helps tone down redness when applied. I'm really satisfied with the amount too, as you only need a small dab to cover a wide area.

  Cons

  However, it doesn't provide dramatic coverage. There's a bit of shimmer in it, which I'm not particularly fond of. It's also a bit frustrating that the areas where it's applied become so bright that you need to even out the surrounding skin tone to match.

  Tip

  A tiny amount is enough to cover redness reasonably well, so don't overdo it. I use this as a base, then layer on other concealers twice for a truly flawless finish.

  I picked this up during an Olive Young sale, so the price wasn't too steep. It does a decent job of covering up redness.

  Cons

  The only downside is that it contains a bit of shimmer. If you're not a fan of products with shimmer, I wouldn't recommend this one.

  I bought this for color correction, but it doesn't really fulfill that role, so it's hard to list its strengths... It's more of a base highlighter than a corrector. The staying power is decent though. If I were to rate it as a base highlighter, I'd give it more stars, but since it's called a corrector, I'm only giving it one star based on that criteria.

  I hesitated before buying this after reading reviews on Hwahae. Some mentioned shimmer, others said it was too green. After deliberating, I just picked it up at an Olive Young since it wasn't expensive. The shimmer isn't really noticeable - it's subtle and natural if you think of it as a base highlighter rather than a corrector. Many reviews claimed it covers redness well or is too green, but I wonder if those people actually have significant redness? Maybe they're mistaking blemish scars or slight natural redness for actual rosacea? For those who truly need a 'corrector' for 'redness', this isn't very effective... It doesn't provide color correction, just slight coverage like any base would. Using this feels similar to applying a thin, adherent layer of those thick, whitening green base products from road shops. And like most products with good adherence, it gets very dry after a while...

  Tip

  You can achieve a natural 'bare-faced' look for quick errands by applying small amounts to the forehead, nose bridge, cheeks, and chin, then lightly dusting loose powder all over. I just use it as a base highlighter. I won't repurchase after finishing this. If you're looking for this product because you have redness like me, save your money from buying two or three of these and invest in a better 30-50ml green base instead. That's my best tip!
