I was hoping for redness coverage, but it just seemed to make my skin look whiter without much effect. It barely covered any redness or blemishes. It feels more like a brightening moisturizer with sun protection, unfortunately. It doesn't do a great job at toning down the redness around my nose. I'm mainly using it to neutralize my lip color now. I had high hopes since I'm a fan of their concealer, but this product falls short of expectations. The coverage is lacking and the finish feels dry. It accentuates dead skin cells and other imperfections. - zx*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresAug 18, 2024
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin with blemishes and super sensitive skin Purchase purpose: To cover redness from blemishes and pigmentation (not for full coverage, but as a base layer before makeup) Price: Around $8 (based on Coupang) Usage: 3 times Volume: 6.5g Texture: Quite thin and dry compared to regular concealers Color payoff: Effectively neutralizes redness around the nose Coverage: Can cover redness and flushing around the nose, but not much else Longevity: Went out from evening until midnight without any redness reappearing (no touch-ups needed). Seems to have good staying power Application: Easy to apply and control amount due to liquid formula Side effects: Despite having sensitive skin prone to blemishes when products don't suit me, I didn't experience any adverse reactions Color payoff: While it seems to cover general redness well, it doesn't cover blemish pigmentation at all Pilling: Even after applying primer, it pilled more than usual around the nose (probably due to its dry texture) Overall, except for the nose area, it had no effect on pigmentation scars Recommended for: Those looking for an affordable way to cover redness Not recommended for: Those buying it to cover blemish pigmentation - gg*******Oily SkinAcne SkinFeb 21, 2023
It's just kind of ambiguous... I'm not sure if it suits my skin well. I don't know if it's because of this product, but I feel like I'm getting more blemishes after using it, so I've set it aside. However, I also think it might be slightly better than having nothing at all. My skin becomes very dry. I'm already dealing with dryness due to medication I'm taking, and when I use this as a base, it makes my skin even drier and flaky. It also feels somewhat ineffective, like using it or not using it doesn't make much difference. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2022
Luna's concealer is more hydrating than the original. While it doesn't dramatically color-correct, it subtly covers imperfections well. I find myself reaching for it often because of its moisturizing feel. It's great for days when I just want to apply this, a brightening moisturizer, or a quick dab of concealer before heading out. It doesn't transfer onto masks and feels comfortable on the skin. The color-correcting effect isn't particularly noticeable, unfortunately. - yo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 5, 2022
Effectively neutralizes redness Love the texture Semi-matte finish No patchiness or caking Contains shimmer However, the shimmer isn't attractive Been counting the drops since I spilled it - cr********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresFeb 23, 2022
Well... I guess it's better than nothing? It's soft. But honestly, I'm not really sure... It doesn't do much for redness... It's just mediocre. I can't recommend this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 8, 2022
It's great at reducing redness! The price is reasonable and it's easy to use. It could be a bit more hydrating. If you don't apply a solid base or if you apply it carelessly with your hands, it might not blend in smoothly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 12, 2022
It feels refreshingly moisturizing. The packaging is pretty. I bought it because I trust Luna, but... It doesn't make any difference. My redness isn't even that severe, but after applying, the redness remains unchanged. If I apply more, it pills. It's supposed to be a makeup base, but I can't apply it thickly. It's expensive for such a small amount, and yet it doesn't work... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2021
I love that it contains glitter, and the coverage seems pretty decent too. The scent isn't great - it smells a bit like chemicals, which is off-putting. It works wonders for brightening dark circles and discoloration around the eyes when applied lightly. It's also great for concealing redness. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2021
Forget everything else, this is just fantastic! It's all good, really good! The only downside is the small amount. Such a shame! Disappointing
