I haven't really found any drawbacks. It's not widely available in stores, so I buy it online. However, it's much cheaper online than offline (not really a downside, I guess).

It has a slightly viscous texture that absorbs well when applied, giving a nice, firm feel. It's also quite moisturizing, to the point where you could get away with just this and an emulsion. I apply it lightly in summer. I loved it so much I repurchased, and I'm using it together with my mom. The price is reasonable too.
