Purchased with my own money • Gentle, fragrance-free, and very mild • Absorbs quickly with a lightweight texture • Decent spray power, quite usable • Surprisingly generous volume, lasts a long time Not necessarily worth spending extra money on - ka********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessMay 21, 2022
I switched from the Multi-Active Toner to Ultra Calming because it slightly irritated my sensitive skin. This one seems great for dry, combination, and super sensitive skin - no irritation at all. I keep it in the fridge and spritz it on frequently for a refreshing boost. There's nothing to dislike about this product, though it might not be suitable for those with oily skin. While it's marketed as a mist, it works well as a toner replacement too. - or*******Oily SkinAcne SkinJan 19, 2022
It's just okay, nothing special. I bought it because it's called 'Ultra Calming' and was supposed to be good for soothing the skin. However, I didn't really notice any outstanding calming effects. I think it would have been more convenient to use if it came in a regular toner bottle instead of a mist spray. It's not a fine mist like Avène or La Roche-Posay sprays. The scent is really unpleasant... I was shocked by how bad it smelled when I first sprayed it. Also, considering this is a mist that costs over $40, I don't feel like it offers enough benefits to justify the price. - se********Combination SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2021
The spray power is really impressive. The hydration and moisture levels are just right, not excessive, making it perfect for liberal application. It doesn't give a strong sensation of soothing, but it's nice to use after cleansing and before applying toner. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 8, 2020
I'm using this mist as a toner substitute. It's hydrating and a reliable product without any issues. I plan to repurchase when I finish it. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized without any slippery residue. The scent is... a bit odd, but you get used to it. At first, it's like 'Ugh, what is this?' kind of feeling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2020
As soon as I step out of the shower, I spritz this mist on. True to its name, it seems to help calm my skin. The scent is lovely, and I'm extremely satisfied with this product I've been using. The price is... a bit steep. I'd love to use it again, but I'm still on the fence because of the cost. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 19, 2019
I'm on my 6th bottle of this holy grail product. It's significantly improved my skin texture. While Dermalogica is a high-end esthetic brand with a steep price point, I doubt there's another esthetic product as gentle as this one. The price? It's the only downside, unfortunately. Please, I beg you, don't discontinue this product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 24, 2019
This product is so gentle and hydrating! I received so many compliments on my skin while using it. It has a nice, bouncy texture and the mist format makes it super convenient to apply. The scent is really strange, though. It smells medicinal, but I guess that's because it doesn't contain artificial fragrances, which is probably a good thing. - ni***Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2018
It's incredibly gentle. Even after exfoliating dead skin cells or grooming eyebrows, it absorbs well without any tingling sensation. I love how it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. The price is on the higher side. I tend to buy it at duty-free shops. Also, the scent isn't particularly appealing. At the beginning of my skincare routine, I spritz it generously on my face, then warm my hands by rubbing them together and press them against my skin to help absorption. When blemishes appear, I soak a thin cotton pad with it and apply it like a mask, which seems to have a calming effect. - jy******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 20, 2018
I must have used over 10 bottles of this! It's gentle and perfect for the 3-skin method. The spray format makes it so convenient. When you layer it multiple times and let it absorb, your skin feels wonderfully hydrated. Since toners tend to run out quickly, the price feels a bit steep.
