Great for achieving a natural, subtle color that's not too intense If you have chapped lips or a lot of dead skin cells, using this without exfoliating first can make your lips even more prone to cracking - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2019
The color is truly beautiful. It makes your lips look moisturized and creates a natural gradient lip effect effortlessly. It's a product I frequently use for touch-ups. If you're someone who finds intensely pigmented colors overwhelming, you'll be satisfied with this product. The staying power wasn't particularly impressive. Also, the process of pulling out and putting back the applicator feels a bit stiff. When using it, you need to hold it upside down for the product to come up, which was a bit inconvenient at first. Apart from that, I was generally satisfied with it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 14, 2019
Since it's a lip balm, you don't need to worry about dead skin cells or anything like that. It creates a natural gradient effect, and the color builds up subtly. That's why you can just apply this before heading to school and be good to go. If you apply it multiple times, it tends to clump. The price is also quite steep, and it contains 12 potentially irritating ingredients, which is concerning. The case gets dirty quickly too... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2018
I absolutely love this! I have a slightly fair complexion and use shade 21. My lips tend to get dry and flaky, so I often struggle with lipsticks, but this is my holy grail lip product! It's truly a game-changer for me! The perfect balance of moisture and color payoff! First off, the color is gorgeous! Plus, with the lip balm on one end, it's so easy to touch up my makeup - just a quick swipe creates a beautiful two-tone gradient effect. This is my second purchase! Thank you so much. Ah, the quantity is a bit on the smaller side. I know most lip products are like this, but since it's my favorite lip product, I use it every day and it feels like it runs out quickly... (It's actually a standard amount though) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 30, 2018
In winter, I used to carry both lip balm and tint to prevent dry, flaky lips. This product combines both in a lipstick form, making it convenient to carry around. It provides a moisturizing tint with good color payoff, which I'm really satisfied with. The packaging is beautifully designed in a lovely pink color. It's also easy to create a gradient effect when applying, which is great. As you use it, the tint and balm sections tend to mix, so it doesn't maintain the clear two-tone division like when you first use it. It's a bit disappointing to see it slightly blended. However, it still applies beautifully, just like it did initially, so it doesn't affect the performance. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2017
There were not many red parts, so I thought it would have more functions like a lip balm. But the color payoff was better than expected. The color fades a bit, but the staying power is decent. After applying this, my lips started to crack. It's moisturizing, but something in the ingredients is making my lips split and peel. Ugh, I'm going to throw this out. None. I'm going to throw it away. :( - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 29, 2017
The color is beautiful. I bought it after seeing how pretty the swatch was. But that's about it.. Even though the texture is supposed to be moisturizing, why does it accentuate the flakiness on my lips whenever I apply it? My other lipsticks don't do this, and the two-tone lip bar itself is not matte but supposed to be moisturizing. But I guess even if it looks moisturizing on the outside, there must be an issue with the formula or ingredients that causes excessive flakiness... My lips are all peeled off. (You could argue it's because of the dry weather lately, but my lips don't get this bad with other lipsticks, and this one isn't even marketed as a matte formula.) Honestly, Laneige... don't you think the ingredients in this are seriously problematic? Lastly, I even developed angular cheilitis. I threw it away. It's not usable. Especially those with sensitive lips, be careful with this. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 18, 2017
The color payoff is really great! The color is also pretty! Most of all, I think it's great that there's a lip balm included. It's way too expensive;; I was hesitant to buy it because it was so expensive, but I bought it when it was 30% off;;but then it went on 50% sale;;Other than that, there's nothing else I'm disappointed about! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 2, 2017
The product has beautiful color payoff and is easy to use even for those with clumsy hands! The color changes slightly day-to-day, but it matches well with my skin tone, which I really like.^^ Since you have to swipe it horizontally, there is a bit of tugging. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2017
The gradation is well-done, the pigmentation is good, the colors are pretty, and it's moisturizing. After prolonged use, the gradation doesn't work as well, and the longevity is not great.
