There wasn't much to praise, unfortunately... It was moisturizing, but as someone with oily skin, I didn't find it particularly beneficial. The absorption wasn't great either. Sadly, right after using it, my seborrheic dermatitis flared up... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 19, 2017
Despite some negative reviews, I personally don't find it that bad. Let me share my experience: First off, the packaging is quite pretty. Among the green-based products I own, this one's quite nice! The included puff was a bit dry, so I switched to a basic puff I got from Watson's, which worked great! My routine: moisturizer, this cushion, then Futurist foundation - the result was beautifully smooth with good staying power! If you have dry skin, I'd recommend using a richer moisturizer as your base for better results with this product. I really like the color! While it might not provide full coverage for those with severe redness, for someone like me who just needs a bit of evening out, it's satisfyingly effective. Overall, I'm quite pleased with how it feels and performs! As someone who tends to toss my cushion compact around in my bag, I've noticed this matte finish case picks up dirt and marks quite easily, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJul 13, 2017
I usually use foundation shade 22, but most people use 23. I apply a makeup base to brighten my complexion. This one applies smoothly and moisturizes well. Even when I put foundation directly on top, it doesn't settle into my pores or anything. I think I heard it has primer-like properties too. I used to like the Ipkn Skinny Fit makeup base, but this one feels more hydrating in comparison. Being a cushion makes it easy to apply as well. I'm definitely repurchasing! Hmm, if you press lightly on the puff, not much product comes out, but if you press hard, you get too much. Also, for those with oily skin like me, it's better to go for matte foundations or cushions. This one applies quite moisturizing... and with summer coming, oil production is inevitable. Since skincare works differently for everyone, this might just be my personal experience! - mi**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJul 6, 2017
It covers redness, reduces shine, and I bought it because I was looking for something at a reasonable price that I could apply with my hands instead of a makeup base. It doesn't absorb well, so it feels a bit like it's sitting on top of the skin. As it's a makeup base, the coverage isn't great. - zo******Dry SkinMay 13, 2017
As someone with dry skin, I really appreciated how moisturizing this was. It's easy to control the amount you use, and application is a breeze. It also provides a natural brightening effect, so you can get away with just using this alone. It doesn't do much to cover redness, and the amount seems too small for the price... I'd recommend using this just for touch-ups... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 2, 2017
Pretty trash... The case is really lovely though! It's the worst. My skin completely broke out. What a waste of money! - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 2, 2017
It seems to work well for complexions with yellow undertones. My skin looks brighter and I'm really pleased with the results. The downside is that the quantity is quite small, and it doesn't feel as hydrating as I'd hoped. - ki*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 4, 2017
Unlike other green cushions that made my face look too green, this product naturally neutralizes redness and provides a subtle, natural tone-up effect. It's perfect! Even though my skin tends to react strongly to products, this one barely caused any issues. If applied incorrectly, it can clump. Also, if you use too much mist, it creates a strange green liquid (?). I usually use a lot of mist, but with this product, I'd recommend spraying only twice. Therefore, it's a product you might want to tuck away in a corner during summer. I wouldn't recommend this for very dry skin, but it's suitable for dry and combination skin types. Those with blemish marks should avoid it as it doesn't provide coverage. It's best for those who want to neutralize redness and achieve a natural brightening effect. When using this product, I suggest finishing with a translucent powder to enhance its longevity. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 26, 2017
The only truly positive thing I can say... is that the case looks pretty? That's about it, sadly. I seriously wonder if the brand even tested this product before releasing it. It's that disappointing. I own three brightening moisturizers, and this one is by far the absolute worst - there's no comparison. It doesn't adhere to the skin at all. I'm someone who considers this brand's eyebrow products my holy grail and always repurchase them when I run out. I have no ill feelings towards the brand, but I never expected they'd give me such a dud of a product. Forget about tips and tricks. The real pro tip is not buying this at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 12, 2017
Even with a small amount, it naturally brightens and corrects redness, making the skin look clean. I loved the cooling effect too! Considering the brand reputation and price including refills, it seems to offer good value for money. It quickly darkens and has almost zero staying power. It only provides a slight tone correction before applying cushion foundation. As someone with combination skin, I found it quite rich and it even caused some blemishes to appear. I recommend using just a light touch as even a small amount corrects mild redness (from flushing or blemishes) and naturally evens skin tone. Also, while some might consider it a drawback that the liquid doesn't distribute evenly on the puff, I didn't see it as a problem since I only use a small amount. Hope this helps!
