I prefer hair essences that absorb lightly, so this one's perfect for me! The cool and sweet scent is right up my alley too. I think I'll be sticking with this for a while! I'm quite surprised by the negative reviews... haha! My hair has been through extreme damage with 2 bleaches, 2 perms, and 1 straightening treatment, but using this product has significantly improved my hair texture. The scent might be divisive, but personally, I find that it develops into a subtle, pleasant fragrance over time. My boyfriend likes it too. Most importantly, the reason I stocked up on this essence is that it doesn't feel sticky when applied!!! I used to avoid using essences because other brands would leave a tacky residue on my hands, but this one absorbs cleanly, which I love! The only downside is that you need to wipe your hands after application due to the oil content. Other than that, the only disappointment is that it seems to be discontinued... I don't think I can buy it anymore, which is a shame.
