Absorbs well: 5/5 It applies very smoothly and evenly. Absorbs well: 5/5 It absorbs quickly when applied, and after absorption, it feels non-sticky and pleasantly dry. Hydration: 4/5 The hydration is slightly lacking, but that's somewhat expected for a perfumed hand cream. Fragrance longevity: 3/5 The scent is unique and intriguing, which I really enjoy. While it doesn't last as long as a perfume, the fragrance duration is moderate. Although it's a perfumed hand cream, I wish it had more hydrating power. - wl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 13, 2020
The fragrance lingers subtly for a long time. I loved how lightly it absorbs into the skin. The scent might be polarizing. Some days I find it pleasant, while other days it's not so appealing. - lo********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 11, 2020
Overall impression: A product that provides proper hydration with a slight richness. As someone who dislikes heavy hand creams, I find this one relatively lightweight compared to others, though not entirely light - it has a bit of substance to it. While the scent is described as unisex, it leans more masculine. Scent: The fragrance is strong and long-lasting, but not headache-inducing. It's more suited for men, reminiscent of the 'Hug' scent. It's quite intense - people around you will definitely notice it. The scent lingers subtly on your hands even until the next morning. Not recommended for those who prefer a delicate fragrance. Ideal for those who want a robust feel with a unisex/masculine scent. Even my scent-sensitive friends praised this fragrance for being pleasant despite its strength and longevity. I personally didn't find it headache-inducing at all. Hydration: Perfect as long as you don't wash your hands. It's so moisturizing that you won't need to reapply unless you wash your hands. It's hydrating with a slight richness and a substantial feel, making it suitable for all seasons - just adjust the amount you use. In terms of hydration, I consider it top-notch. Texture and application: Feels like an emulsion with a drop of oil mixed in. The initial application feels substantial and moist. The texture is similar to a typical emulsion, providing good hydration to the hands while the oil-like component helps lock in the moisture. The finish isn't heavy - it's relatively fresh compared to other hand creams. Note that while it might feel rich for a facial cream, it's actually quite light for a hand cream. Recommended for hand cream beginners who find typical hand creams too heavy and suffocating. Sensitivity: Recommended even for those with sensitive skin on the back of their hands. As someone who experiences irritation from applying tints or eyeshadows on the back of my hand, I found this product caused absolutely no issues. It felt genuinely gentle, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin on their hands. Scent: Bought it expecting a unisex fragrance, but it's more masculine-leaning. The description mentions a warm, huggable scent, which is somewhat accurate - it has a slightly low-toned warmth to it. However, I'm not sure about the 'huggable' part. Maybe it's just my lack of fragrance expertise. It's a bit too masculine to be truly unisex, yet lighter than typical masculine scents. It reminds me of common men's fragrances, unfortunately. Sensitivity (caution): While I can recommend this for sensitive skin on hands, I must warn against using it on the face! I'm mentioning this because some people apply hand creams to their face if the ingredients are good. While it might be fine for those with resilient skin, I wouldn't recommend it for sensitive, delicate, or acne-prone facial skin. The fragrance is really strong, suggesting a high concentration of fragrance ingredients. Despite the overall good ingredients, the fragrance alone makes it unsuitable for facial use. Oiliness: While it's relatively light for a hand cream, the finish leaves something to be desired. It feels like applying a drop or two of oil on the back of your hand. Although I found it the freshest, gentlest, and most hydrating among all hand creams I've tried, this slight oiliness is its only flaw. I wish it was just a tad lighter. Size: The relatively large size makes it inconvenient for carrying around and applying whenever needed. I wish they'd release a smaller version of this product. Pro tip for use: For super moisturized hands: After applying the hand cream, if you have 5-10 minutes to spare, rinse your hands under running water for 3 seconds. This will make the back of your hands feel as moisturized as if you've applied a mask. For even better results, apply a bit more hand cream afterwards to lock in the moisture. Purchasing advice: Buy during sales: You can get a great product in a good quantity at a bargain price if you time it right with sales. Check the size: The one I have is 100ml. Keep in mind it's about 15cm in size when making your choice! - al******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 17, 2019
Why isn't everyone using this? Considering the price, ingredients, and scent, there's no better hand cream out there. I absolutely love it! The fragrance is so lovely - it's like a cozy, comforting scent. I bought it for around 3,000 won, and every time I purchase it, I stock up on multiple tubes. That's how much I adore it! It's so moisturizing that I find myself applying it frequently throughout the day. There's not really anything to complain about. However, it does go out of stock quite often. It's not a big issue since it gets restocked frequently, but the agony when you run out and it's unavailable! That's why I tend to stock up whenever I buy it. As for the product itself, I honestly can't think of any downsides! You can occasionally use it on your clothes as a substitute for perfume! It's great when your clothes have a strong odor, like after eating barbecue and that distinctive smell lingers. Just be careful not to apply too much, or you might make people around you scrunch up their noses. Always use in moderation! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 9, 2019
True to its perfume-like nature, the fragrance is intense and spreads widely. It diffuses so strongly, almost as if you've sprayed a fabric perfume. Just using this hand cream alone has people around you commenting on how lovely you smell! For a hand cream, it absorbs rather quickly, leaving the skin feeling dry after a while. While it may vary from person to person, those who dislike a slippery feeling might appreciate it, but individuals with extremely dry skin might find it not moisturizing enough. I've been applying this hand cream to my nail area and massaging it in. Since dry nails can break easily, I'm using it as a preventive measure for my nails as well. - jo******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 20, 2018
I've used this product, but I highly recommend Peach Holic because I was so satisfied with it! Hug has a peach blossom scent mixed in, but it lacks staying power and its hydration isn't as good as Peach. It's nice for summer use. Peach, on the other hand, is decent even in winter, and above all, the scent is amazing! It's a fresh, natural peach fragrance that doesn't smell artificial. Why isn't this product on Hwahae? Both my ex and current boyfriend love this scent! Even though they're usually indifferent to perfumes, they absolutely adore this one when I wear it! The scent is strong and long-lasting, which I consider a plus, but some might see it as a drawback. It's also quite pricey. Keep an eye out for deals on the official website or other online shops. They often have promotions, and there's one going on right now. - ws********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2018
The scent is absolutely divine! I only applied this hand cream before going out, and people asked if I was wearing perfume. It's perfect for those with dry hands. If you're looking for a lightweight hand cream, I wouldn't recommend this one. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 30, 2018
I bought the large size because of the advertisement. I like how it absorbs quickly without leaving a slippery feeling on the skin. The scent might be polarizing... I bought it because of the good reviews, but it's not to my taste. Why did I get the large size? Also, while it absorbs quickly, the hydration doesn't last long. - ch**********Oily SkinAcne SkinNov 10, 2017
I received a sample of the Hug perfume and absolutely loved the scent. As a guy, I felt a bit hesitant to use it as a cologne, so I bought the hand cream version instead. I'm pleased to say the fragrance is just as delightful. I think I made a great purchase! There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the twist-off cap is slightly inconvenient to open. - lo********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 19, 2017
The scent is just perfect. It's feminine and cozy... the kind of fragrance that makes you want to give someone a hug. I feel my stress melting away every time I shower with it. If I had to point out a drawback... maybe the size? Other than that, I love everything about it. It's so good that I can't find anything to complain about!
