The color looks natural too.
ConsUnfortunately, it applies a bit thick and tends to sit on the skin rather than blend in.
TipIt seems to work well for light makeup or when used sparingly on specific areas.

Hydrating and allows for a natural skin look - an absolute gem of a product! While the coverage isn't intense, you can build it up by layering without any caking. If you're already confident about your skin but feel like something's missing, this product will give you that radiant boost! It's seriously amazing. I'd call this cushion the epitome of natural makeup. I've always disliked heavy, high-coverage foundations and have been on the hunt for natural-looking options. I used to swear by the Bourjois 24H foundation. Though it had light coverage, I always got compliments on my skin when wearing it. This cushion has similar coverage and is absolutely lovable. Forget YSL, I'm sticking with this from now on! I just apply moisturizer, then this, and I'm good to go. No tightness at all - it's truly the best. If you have lots of blemishes and want high coverage, look elsewhere. --- Update --- It caused milia... I wore this to the doctor's and that very day, I got milia. My skincare routine was Clinique Emulsion 2 - Zeroid Intensive Cream - then this cushion... But milia appeared. You were the culprit after all... :(
ConsThe SPF is low, but if it were higher... it would probably feel heavier when applied. Let's not be greedy. It's perfect as is! No eye irritation at all when applied.

The Wonder Tension Pact Moist, which I discovered through a friend's recommendation, was absolutely perfect for me. Although it's shade 23, it's light enough that even I, who usually wear shade 21, can use it comfortably. It's the ideal product for someone like me who prefers a natural look over a bright one. The staying power isn't bad either - a quick touch-up around 4 or 5 PM is usually sufficient. I'm really satisfied and I'm already on my second compact!
ConsIf I had to point out a drawback, the coverage is quite poor. While I needed the moist version for my dry skin, the lack of coverage means a concealer is absolutely necessary.
TipA little goes a long way, so apply it gently with light tapping motions!

The ingredients seem to have changed, possibly due to a reformulation. However, I preferred the previous version. It's a shame. While the 23 shade used to be too light, it's now more natural-looking. But the best features - its moisturizing effect and radiance - have diminished. It even looks a bit dark now. I might need to switch to shade 21. I'm not entirely sure, but I noticed a slight tendency to settle into nose creases, which might indicate improved coverage. I'll use concealer for coverage and powder to prevent my hair from sticking to it. Please don't reformulate - it's a hassle to find alternatives! December 2019 update: The original formula was quite good, wasn't it? But now I see there are four ingredients to be cautious about... Oh no... No wonder the feel on my skin is different. My skin doesn't lie, I guess. 2018 original post: I tried this for the first time because of the positive reviews on Hwahae. I bought the Moist 23 shade for 11,150 won with quick delivery from an online retailer. The biggest plus is the beautiful packaging (reminiscent of Hera). It's on the lighter side for a 23 shade. It might look a bit pale at first, but it settles into a more natural look over time. So I apply a tone-up sunscreen down to my neck and blend this cushion to create a gradual effect. It gives my complexion a bright, dewy, and beautiful look. Even the cosmetics expert Director Pi recommended this as the top moisturizing cushion. The ingredients are pretty good too. I used to only use department store brands, but I noticed that professional makeup artists have started using a lot of Korean drugstore products. I realized that expensive doesn't always mean better, and Korean cosmetics are quite respected internationally, especially sheet masks. My sister recommended Iope (the home shopping version?), which I used for a while until it was discontinued. I didn't like the other Iope products as much, so I've been trying different options. Actually, after stopping Iope, I realized it was the cause of my blemishes. They significantly reduced once I stopped using it. While ingredients are important for makeup, the feel on the skin can't be ignored. But no matter how good a product feels, if it's damaging your skin, it's best to let it go. It's awkward to try products in-store - you feel pressured to buy something even if it doesn't suit you. You want to test if it works for your skin, but testers are often dried out or empty. Using the same puff as others is unhygienic, but you can't skip the puff or use it just once. In popular shopping areas, the staff often can't communicate well and are busy with bulk-buying tourists. It's chaotic. Since it's so difficult to test products in-store, I'm really grateful for apps like Hwahae that provide honest reviews from different skin types and ingredient information. According to Hwahae, Peripera ranked first in drugstore value for money. But I chose A'pieu because right before buying it, I had received La Palette Double Mesh Blur Pact (pink) as a gift and loved it. It was blemish-free, radiant, and incredibly moisturizing. But it's quite expensive - you could buy about 10 A'pieu cushions for the same price! Somehow, A'pieu's mesh blur format looked similar to La Palette's, so I bought just one to try. While it's not exactly the same as La Palette, I quite like it. A'pieu is also thin, moisturizing, doesn't pill when layered, doesn't settle into nose creases, and gives a radiant look. It doesn't darken much and stays pretty without breaking down. Maybe because of this, I received compliments on my complexion when I went out. I considered buying Age 20's, which had the best online reviews for value, but its unique application method seemed awkward. I tried it later and it immediately caused blemishes. When I asked an older friend what's good for my age, She recommended Hera. While it has a pretty case and good reviews, I prefer thin and dewy finishes, and Hera seemed a bit dry for my taste. I usually stick with products I like, But now that there are many affordable options with good ingredients and feel, I might try them all. Now that I've joined Hwahae, finding products with good ingredients shouldn't be too difficult, right?
ConsOne drawback is that it's a bit tricky to control the amount dispensed. Never press hard on your first use! While it gives a radiant look, it fades quickly, so you need to touch up often. It's affordable, but that means it runs out faster and needs to be replaced more frequently. (Though that's good for hygiene.) This A'pieu cushion has the least coverage among the products I've tried. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for coverage from this alone. Oh! And... I just noticed while writing this... It's currently under boycott. Oh no... While good products are important, I'd prefer to buy from companies with good people behind them.
TipMy face tends to get hot, sweaty, and oily, so makeup fades quickly. I need to touch up often, and it's troublesome if it pills or looks patchy when reapplying. Sometimes my skin acts up, with small bumps and even large pimples appearing. When I'm blemish-free, I don't worry much about coverage. After struggling for months, this product helped improve my skin, and now I don't have any bumps at all. After finishing it, I tried the Perfect Cover from the same line because I wanted more coverage, but my skin reacted badly again. When I checked the ingredients, I noticed that all the cushions or compacts that caused my skin to break out contained panthenol. Panthenol is supposed to be good for dry skin, helping with skin barrier protection, so I'm not sure if that's really the cause. I went back to the Moist version, but still got occasional bumps, so I switched to the Madecassoside version with even gentler ingredients. But eventually, I returned to the Moist version. They say a woman's skin is her life, and I personally think skin is the most important part of makeup. Using liquid or cream foundations can lead to thick makeup, and high-coverage products can prevent skin from breathing, potentially causing blemishes. Thick base makeup and heavy color makeup can also make you look older. So, I try to minimize the frequency of makeup application, focusing on hydration and thin layers rather than coverage. I use a pencil-type concealer only where needed. And don't forget sunscreen - it's crucial! My routine: 🍨During the day, I just use BB cream or sunscreen. 🍨At night, I use a thin foundation. 🍨For photos or special evening events, I mix MAC Strobe Cream with Estée Lauder foundation. 🍇I touch up with a thin compact powder when I'm out. For extra glow, I lightly dust a baked highlighter on my cheekbones with a brush. For dewy, glowing skin, MAC Strobe Cream seems unbeatable (though those prone to bumps or blemishes might want to avoid it). If your hair sticks to your face with dewy makeup, use a powder like No Sebum. Instead of patting it directly on your skin, hold your breath and dust the powder puff about 5cm away from your face (obviously before mascara). Too much powder can cause makeup to clump or look patchy when touching up. I recommend the Goongjoong Bi-cheop Soothing Powder (Director Pi's recommendation). Contouring along the hairline with a brush can make your face look smaller. If you're prone to blemishes, don't forget to clean your brushes regularly. For blush, Benefit's Dandelion is still the best in my opinion, but it's pricey. I'm trying various drugstore options too. By the way, it seems many Koreans aren't used to pencil-type concealers, but they have good ingredients. You'll get the hang of it with practice. If your skin is too moist or oily, pencil concealers might not apply well. In that case, lightly press some No Sebum powder or regular powder on the area you want to cover, then apply the concealer. It's the same with professional eyebrow pencils. Pros use matte pencils despite the inconvenience of sharpening. With practice, you can achieve a more natural look. I've noticed many students wearing makeup these days. Instead of bright red lip products or heavy eye makeup, a natural, fresh-faced look is much prettier. Honestly...

I found using a brush worked even better than the included puff applicator!
ConsUnfortunately, the staying power is disappointing for oily skin types. Within just two hours after arriving at work, it completely disappears, leaving me looking bare-faced.
TipWhen applied with a brush, it manages to cover pores to some extent even without using a primer.

Great price and value for money. The staying power was just okay though. The price is definitely wallet-friendly at 12,800 won. I was curious about the texture and initially planned to use it as a test product, but it turned out better than expected... The value for money is great too... I liked that the color was bright. I usually prefer products that give a natural glow rather than a stark tone-up effect, and this worked well on my skin in that way. It was nicely moisturizing, which I appreciated. I typically like matte and powdery finishes, but since it's winter, I needed a hydrating product, and this one did the job. When I touched up my makeup, I just reapplied it and it didn't cake up at all. The coverage was also decent, which I liked. I usually think hydration and coverage are inversely proportional, so I didn't have high expectations, but it even covered light acne scars! It applies thinly. I don't usually care if a product is thin or thick, but the thin texture meant I could layer it without it caking, which was great.
ConsHair sticks to it... The inevitable fate of moisturizing products, sigh.

I love how it's moisturizing and doesn't break down easily.
ConsBecause it's so hydrating, hair tends to stick to it in summer, so it's best to set it with powder.

I ended up choosing Moist. As I'm just starting to wear makeup, this is my first cushion experience. When I apply it in the morning and check at lunchtime, it wears beautifully. By the time I get home after after-school activities, it looks incredibly natural. It seems to break down gracefully over time, staying hydrated due to its moisture content. Touch-ups are easy, and it leaves a subtle glow. The complexion match is great for me. I prefer a natural look, so I'm satisfied with the tone. Even though I'm almost out and have to press hard, it still covers my whole face. What I mean is, even a small amount provides full coverage. I heard Apieu is having a sale, so I'm excited to buy a refill tomorrow!
ConsAt first, not knowing any better, I pressed too hard and it turned into a mess. More product came out than I expected. But you can't apply too much either. Back then, maybe because I had oily skin, it would separate. Since it's moisturizing, it gets super tacky - to the point where hair sticks to your face. And if you try to remove it, it leaves fingernail marks. Damn it. Also, this isn't Perfect Cover. It doesn't conceal blemishes or acne scars. You need to use concealer or something else to cover those. And I don't know if it's just me, but why does it leave circular puff marks on the mirror? So frustrating.
TipHydration! Hydration! If you don't want your face to be too glowy, make sure to set it with powder!
