I definitely plan to repurchase. It's really great!
ConsThe only downside is that due to the tension net, you can't use it all up and have to leave some behind. Also, since it applies thinly, it's slightly runny, but that's about it.

From this perspective, while it's called 'Moist' in the name, it's not excessively hydrating. However, it's just moisturizing enough to adhere well to the skin, which I really like! I can apply it comfortably without worrying about streaks, and it adheres thinly and evenly to the skin (this is such a great feature)!
ConsWhile I don't prioritize coverage, it's worth noting that this product offers minimal coverage. If coverage is important to you, you might want to consider purchasing a cushion from their more coverage-focused line instead.

First off, I love how thinly it applies and how well it adheres to the skin. The tension net ensures even application without patchiness, and it's super easy to control the amount you use! The puff feels smooth yet plush, and it really helps the product stick to your skin. I actually enjoy touching the puff so much, I can't stop playing with it! For a moisturizing formula, I think the coverage is quite impressive. I have some small blemishes and a few acne scars, but after applying a thin layer and then adding a bit more on areas that need extra coverage like dark circles, it conceals almost everything. On most days, I can skip concealer and finish my base with just this! Of course, if you need heavy coverage, this might not be enough since it's a moisturizing type. As for the shade, I'm usually between 22-23, and I personally don't like my makeup to look too light. I prefer a natural look that's noticeably different from bare skin, so I like my base to brighten my complexion just a touch. Shade 23 gives me that perfect 'one shade lighter' effect, and the color itself is beautiful! I have dry skin, and other base products always seemed to separate around my nose, mouth, and cheeks, which was really stressful. Since using this cushion, I haven't worried about that once! I've repurchased refills and use it regularly. While I haven't tried every cushion out there, I think this might be my holy grail!
ConsI don't think those with oily skin could use this cushion at all. It's not just moisturizing, but it has a slight oiliness to its hydration that would likely be challenging for oily skin types. Also, like many cosmetics, it has that typical makeup scent. While it's not unpleasant, fragrance can be irritating to the skin. Interestingly, the Madecassoside version of this cushion doesn't have any fragrance, probably because it's meant to be more skin-friendly. It made me wonder if they really needed to add fragrance to this one. However, it doesn't significantly impact the use of the product.
TipInitially, I bought the APIEU foundation brush to use with this cushion because I heard they work well together. However, while the makeup didn't separate when applied with the puff, it did when I used the brush. Plus, cleaning the brush was a hassle, and I didn't see the need for it. You can achieve a beautiful, comfortable, and much more adherent makeup application using just the puff, so I recommend sticking with the dedicated puff rather than a brush. Also, as with all base products, remember that exfoliating before makeup application helps prevent flaking and ensures a smoother, more beautiful skin texture.

While its coverage isn't exceptional (there's a separate Perfect Cover version for that), it did a decent job of concealing my large pores. It doesn't break down messily, doesn't cake up much, adheres well to the skin, and applies in a nice thin layer rather than feeling thick. I'm also really impressed with the shade range! I bought shade 23 after hearing it ran light, and it blended naturally with my complexion. Oh, and there's a slight cooling effect when you first apply it. For the price I paid, I'm very satisfied with this product!
ConsAs it's a 'moist' type, I expected some transfer, but it really does come off easily. This is probably more of a personal gripe since I dislike products that transfer (maybe I'm just not compatible with these dewy formulas...). Anyway, if you're like me and hate transfer, you'll need to set it thoroughly with powder, which kind of defeats the purpose of a moisturizing foundation. The skin finish isn't particularly impressive either... Being a 'moist' type, I had slightly higher hopes, but there's no dewy, natural-looking glow. I think I expected too much from a budget-friendly option! Also, while it feels moisturizing when first applied, that feeling doesn't last long. The hydration seems to disappear pretty quickly. Still, considering the price point, it's not bad. It's a decent enough product.
TipIf you dislike transfer, make sure to set it well with powder at the end. For those who find that too much hassle, they also offer a matte version of this product, so you might want to try that one instead!

I previously used the Cover #23 shade of this product, but it felt a bit thick when applied, so I repurchased the Moist #23 shade. The advantages are: 1. True to its 'Moist' name, it's incredibly hydrating 2. Despite being hydrating, the coverage isn't bad (in my opinion) 3. It applies thinly and allows for layering (You can apply multiple thin layers without pilling, and the coverage improves gradually) 4. Affordable price
ConsThe longevity and adherence are somewhat disappointing. Recommended for dry skin (a fixer or no-sebum powder is essential)

It applies thinly, so my skin doesn't feel suffocated. Shade 23 isn't too dark, making it look natural.
ConsFingerprints easily show on the case, so you need to wipe it clean often.
TipAfter using the puff, if you spray some mist and then apply, you get a nice subtle glow.

It claims to improve wrinkles, brighten skin, and provide sun protection - I really hope it delivers on all those promises!
ConsI wouldn't recommend this for those with a lot of blemishes. Unless you're willing to apply a heavier foundation on top...

When my makeup would break down, it was due to excess oil, so I often opted for foundations and cushion compacts with a matte finish. However, this left my skin feeling parched when the cold winds hit. After exploring various options, I discovered tension compacts and decided to give one a try. Let me tell you, it's an absolute game-changer - a true holy grail product! It applies thinly while offering medium to high coverage. I'm ready to make this my go-to base product. This compact offers excellent value for money and feels amazing on the skin. It makes you look like you were blessed with naturally flawless skin. I really hope you'll try it and join me in achieving that enviable complexion!
ConsThe only downside is that it's not sold as a set with a refill. If you want to purchase a refill, you'll need to buy the inner refill and puff separately. But considering the affordable price, it's not a deal-breaker.
TipFor best results, apply a thin layer of the tension compact as your base, focusing on evening out your skin tone. Then, use a tiny amount of Clio's liquid concealer, spreading it widely just in the center of your face. This technique will give you that coveted porcelain skin look!

It does go on a bit thick though. If you prefer a thin, dewy application and don't need much coverage, this might not be for you. However, I liked it because it's reasonably hydrating and offers good coverage.
ConsSince it applies quite thickly, it can look a bit heavy and make your face appear slightly cakey.

The case is incredibly luxurious - I can't believe it's from A'pieu! The magnetic closure makes it easy to open and close, and the large built-in mirror is a great feature. 2. I bought it on sale for around $10, which feels like an absolute steal. 3. The tension mesh prevents product contamination and damage. It's also easy to control the amount of product you use. 4. It's moisturizing with great absorption. It applies thinly, so there's no heavy feeling on the skin.
ConsAs much as there are good points, there are some significant drawbacks: 1. The shade is too light. Most people should be fine with shade 23. I have darker skin, so using this alone makes me look ghostly. 2. The adherence is poor. As moisturizing as it is, it transfers easily and doesn't seem to sink into the skin immediately. It tends to slide around, so you absolutely can't touch your face after application. 3. The biggest issue is how it emphasizes dead skin cells. It clings to dry patches, especially around my chin area where my skin is driest. This also means its staying power is quite weak.
TipIt might be suitable for those with clear skin and no blemishes as a light coverage option, but I won't be repurchasing it.
