This lip tint is incredibly moisturizing, even on my extremely dry lips!! It's in a completely different league from those oily, shiny tints. This one feels like a nourishing serum for your lips, providing intense hydration with just the right amount of richness as it absorbs. I highly recommend this to anyone with dry, flaky lips or those who prefer a more luminous tint look. The scent is delightfully sweet, not like the typical artificial fruity fragrance found in many cosmetics. However, it might be a bit polarizing, so those sensitive to strong scents may want to avoid it. Some of my friends loved the color but found the scent too intense to use regularly. The texture is wonderfully thick and adheres well. Unlike other tints that can pill when layered, this one plays nicely with other products. It's especially great as a base under matte lipsticks when your lips are feeling dry - much better than a regular lip oil! The staining effect is disappointingly pink. While it has a slight pink tint when first applied, the lasting stain is an intense cool-toned pink. I bought this expecting a red or red-orange shade based on the 'Cherry Tomato' name, but it's far from that. Unless you're specifically looking for a pink tint, I'd advise against this color. The packaging looks rather cheap, unfortunately. While 7000 won isn't expensive, it's on the pricier side for Etude House tints. Compared to their 4-5000 won options, the design of this case is quite underwhelming. Of course, this is subjective, but personally, I find the design really disappointing. If you've bought this tint and can't use it due to the pink staining like me, I recommend trying it as a blusher! It creates a surprisingly natural look, almost like your own natural flush. You can definitely wear it to school without anyone noticing it's makeup! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 22, 2018
I loved the pleasant scent and how well the color suited me. As someone who doesn't get along with matte tints, this was absolutely perfect for me. The oil and tint separated, so when I tried to apply it from the opening, I only got the oil part. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 24, 2018
The color and scent were really lovely, and it applied so smoothly. It also gives a beautiful glow-like finish. For me, the yogurt effect was quite severe. I tried other shades too, but the Salmon Oil shade had the worst yogurt effect. When doing a gradient look, don't apply it too far inside your lips or you'll get the yogurt effect. Avoid applying it too close to the inner part of your lips. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMay 5, 2017
I happened to go to Etude and picked it up because it caught my eye, and the color is just life..💕 It's really, really pretty and the friends I borrowed it from all asked what it is. The staying power is really good, the scent is good (it has a sweet-ish but pleasant scent), and the amount is a lot. The price is reasonable, so I recommend it!♡! The disappointing thing...I don't think there is any. If I had to find one, it would be that the color doesn't apply immediately after application...? It's really a honey. If you apply it all over your lips, the color may be too intense and look a bit ghostly, so I recommend applying a different tint or lip balm first and just putting a little bit in the inner part of your lips - it will look even prettier! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 9, 2017
Moisturizing and shimmering, can create a lip look. Nice scent! The staying power is poor, it wears off quickly and needs to be reapplied constantly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 5, 2017
The color is so, so, so, so beautiful! It's a pink, but I guess the saturation is a bit high? That's how the swatch turns out. But it's not a full-on hot pink, it's a deeper shade... It's totally my style and goes well with all my clothes - it's amazing!! It's not as deep as I thought it would be, and it's just so pretty. And the smell, haha, it's really fragrant and so nice. It's also moisturizing and the hydration isn't bad either! There wasn't really any major downside that I can think of. The only thing is that the initial moisturizing effect doesn't last that long? And it might be a bit too deep in color to wear to school, but that's about it. This tint creates such a beautiful gradient effect! I also bought the Etude House Juicy Tint in the same color - I got the lip concealer too. First, I apply a lip balm (I use Carmex) to moisturize my lips. Then, I use the concealer to even out the edges and blend it in. After that, I lightly dab on this tint and blend it again. Since it's going over the concealer, it won't turn out as intense. If you still feel it's not enough, you can use the applicator tip to add a little more. The Juicy Tint also has a slightly paler lip balm part - I just dab my fingertip in that and apply it to the edges of my bottom lip. It's just a subtle touch. After doing all that and blending with your fingers, the gradient effect turns out so pretty! It also makes your lips look fuller. I really recommend getting the Juicy Tint and the lip concealer together when you purchase this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 28, 2017
The color is absolutely gorgeous!!! The ingredients may be a concern, but the color is so beautiful......♡ The staying power is also better than expected!! I ate two bags of snacks after applying it, and it was still there!!! It would probably wear off more if I had a proper meal, but I'm satisfied!! And the scent is nice!!!A bit tart and sweet?? The disappointing part is that since it has a moist formula, when you open your mouth after applying it, there's a slight sticky feeling....? You know what I mean?ㅠㅠ That slightly tacky sensation....? It's there a bit I also use the Etude House Water Tint well, but after some time, your lips tend to get dry, right? When you apply it on top then, the color becomes more intense and lasts longer, and your lips stay moisturized too, so it's great! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 21, 2017
The color is really pretty and the pigmentation is good. The longevity is good. It seems to last unless you eat it off. It's moisturizing when you first apply it. It makes the lips look plump. The scent is also nice. Those who dislike a sticky feeling may not like it. It does tend to get a bit drying: you may need to use a lip balm to take care of it.
