It's just okay. The beige shade might not suit me as it looks too light on my skin... It gets oily quickly and pills easily. When it's hot, the makeup breaks down fast... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 18, 2018
The coverage and application are excellent, and even with my dry skin, I repurchased it. It's really wonderful. Compared to others, the way it adheres to the skin and covers is so good that I keep buying only this one. I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin types. If you have oily skin, it's best to avoid using this. It's recommended for dry skin to achieve a moisturized complexion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 15, 2018
The coverage is truly excellent. I initially planned to give it 2 stars, but the coverage bumped it up to 3. At first, I really disliked this product, but I discovered the right way to use it. Once I found the proper technique, it applies incredibly thinly and smoothly. I'll share my secret tip in the additional comments. The puff isn't very good. It doesn't pick up the product well either. Try spraying a bit of moisturizer or face mist onto the BB cream, then apply it with a foundation brush. Using a mist helps it go on even more thinly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 13, 2018
The essence-infused formula seemed to apply moisturizing to the skin. I have extremely dry skin and bought this believing the claims of moisturizing essence, but it just sits on top and clumps terribly. With a slight touch, it comes off, so the adherence was poor too. It might not be as noticeable if your skin is incredibly well-hydrated, but the performance changes depending on your skin condition, so I can't say it's good. Other products I've used covered well even when my skin wasn't at its best, but this one disappoints. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 2, 2017
This was my first time trying a BB cream, and I loved how it blended beautifully! It had a nice, smooth application. Both my friend and I noticed the same issue... it separates on the skin. At first, I thought it was just me, but we both saw it lifting right from the initial application. I think it would work well if used together with a hydrating base product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 2, 2017
When you blend the BB balm with the puff, the essence mixes in, giving a wonderfully hydrated feel. I tested it on my hand in-store and loved how moisturizing it felt and the color, so I bought it right away. But when I first used it on my face for work... oh no. It only feels hydrating when you apply it, but within 3 hours it breaks down, clumps, settles into fine lines and around the nose, feels tight, and leaves my skin dry. I thought maybe my base skincare wasn't hydrating enough, so I used a moisturizer and even did a mask, but my face still feels tight. If you have dry skin, I think this might be too drying for you. You need to apply it very, very thinly using a damp sponge puff. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 17, 2017
The shade is just right for me, perfect for someone with a complexion around shade 22. I'm really happy with the color match. Using this alone makes me so itchy, it's ridiculous! Plus, it only feels moisturizing at first, but the staying power is truly... ugh, it's frustrating. It gets increasingly dry over time... sigh... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2017
This is my first time trying a BB balm and I'm impressed! The coverage is great, it feels moisturizing, and I love how it leaves my skin with a slightly powdery finish. Highly recommend! The staying power was a bit lacking. Also, it tends to separate slightly after a while. For best results, apply your skincare thoroughly, use the Etude primer, and then follow with this. It works amazingly well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 9, 2017
I can confidently say that the only positive aspect was the color. I heard it was a cheaper version of the Kyun Miri cushion, so I impulsively bought it even though it wasn't on sale. I wish I had just stuck with the Kyun Miri one instead. Since the original puff was terrible, I boldly tossed it and tried various other puffs including a wedge puff. However, as someone with combination skin, it felt excessively rich and didn't adhere well to my skin. While it didn't make me look extremely oily, I found myself needing to touch up my makeup later on without fail. I don't have much else to add, but I strongly recommend throwing away the original air puff that comes with it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2017
I bought this after seeing it featured as a MAC bargain on the Surprise app. My mistake for not checking the reviews first! The only good point is right after application - it gives a brightening effect along with a moisturized look. That's about it. It sits terribly on the skin. Whether it's the chin, around the nose, or forehead - as time passes, it emphasizes dead skin cells and looks extremely patchy. Just in case, I even tried using it after exfoliating, but it still sat poorly. Applying a generous layer of moisturizer (Physiogel) underneath didn't help either. Even when I tried to set it with foundation after using BB balm, it still looked patchy. It just sits horribly on the skin, no matter what! Do not buy this
