  Pros

  For oily, blemish-prone skin Doesn't feel too rich or heavy. Instead of patting to absorb, you massage it in. Thanks to its oiliness, it really helped with the white sebum buildup around my nose. That's why I used up the whole jar.

  Cons

  I bought this cream based on a store assistant's recommendation after mentioning I have oily skin, without any other information. I was such a sucker. Even when I tested it on the back of my hand, I thought, 'Isn't this too oily?' But they said it's the type you keep massaging in to absorb, and it would be fine once it's all absorbed. What a load of nonsense - it felt like I'd put a film over my face. After applying makeup, it starts to break down terribly. I used it when it was cold (around late winter), but even then, when I was outside after putting on makeup, my naturally oily skin combined with this product's oil overload made my skin look awful.

  Pros

  This is an incredibly rich cream that would be perfect for those with extremely dry skin during the winter months.

  Cons

  Despite its appearance of being gentle, this cream is far from it. Usually, after applying most creams and sleeping, there's some level of soothing effect by the next morning. However, with this one, every time I apply it, I feel my redness intensifying immediately after, and the next day my skin feels even more sensitive. Looking at the ingredients list now, it all makes sense.

  The rich, creamy texture provides excellent hydration, and it contains luxurious ingredients like shea butter, honey, and red ginseng.

  Cons

  The morning after using it, my face was slightly swollen and red. I hoped it was nothing, but the next morning it was even more puffy, redder, and felt hot. By the third morning, I had a breakout party with tiny bumps, blemishes, and blisters. My face ached, stayed swollen and red all day... It took a long time to recover.

  Tip

  The staff advised applying twice as much before bed, which only made things worse... Make sure to check for potential allergens before purchasing.

  Pros

  The thick, creamy texture is surprisingly gentle on my skin, which usually gets red with heavy creams. It absorbs well and doesn't feel heavy. When I apply it at night, I wake up to plump, bouncy skin. I bought this product because it's said to increase hydration over time!

  Cons

  The price is quite steep... It pills when I apply makeup over it in the morning, so I only use it at night before bed.

  Tip

  For best results, warm the product between your hands before applying. A little goes a long way, so if you control the amount well, it'll last longer and be less likely to pill.
