1. Absorbs well - glides on smoothly. After use, skin feels soft and not sticky. 2. Calming effect - I tend to have severe redness, especially in winter when I come indoors after being in the cold wind. My face usually feels hot, tingly, and uncomfortable. But after applying this product, my face feels cool, and the redness and heat are reduced. 3. Makeup applies well - It's like using a high-quality primer. Makeup goes on smoothly and evenly. 4. It's great that this one product is enough on its own. There's nothing to complain about. I just hope it doesn't get discontinued and continues to be updated. I use the Peach Dew Kiss Pack and then apply only this product. It makes my face feel incredibly comfortable. The packaging has been renewed to a tube format, so I can carry it around and apply it to my hands as well. - yh*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJun 27, 2021
I'm a student with severe atopic dermatitis. The product does leave a slightly rich feeling on the skin. A friend recommended this when I was at my wit's end, so I tried it as a last resort. It's good, but since I have extremely dry skin, I guess a moisturized complexion is still out of reach for me. My satisfaction after use is about 7 out of 10. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 14, 2020
I have super sensitive skin, but I'm able to apply this product without any issues. The disappointing aspect is that the hydration feels a bit weak compared to how rich the texture is. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 20, 2020
I've been using this for about 2 years now. My skin type is combination, but this winter my skin suddenly became sensitive and reactive. Even products I used to use started causing blemishes. However, among those, the Mamonde Chamomile Skin Toner and this cream were still fine for me. I found that even ingredients like shea butter didn't bother my skin. At first, I was using it sparingly when I bought it at full price. But then I found out you can get it for around 23,000 won, which is the lowest price, on Naver Shopping. - fn******Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2019
During my honeymoon in Europe, I got a terrible sunburn and ended up with contact dermatitis and facial redness. I've tried every skincare product under the sun since then. My first impression of this one is that it's rich and deeply hydrating. I'll need to use it more, but so far I'm quite pleased with it. No complaints yet! The donkey character is absolutely adorable too. I'll update if any issues arise! +) December 27, 2019 It's the second day of use, and my face is oddly becoming red. I'm not sure if it's due to the essential oils... I don't plan on repurchasing this. For now, I'm really satisfied with how great it is! I'd recommend those interested to give it a try! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2019
Just applying this hydrating cream soothes my skin instantly. It's all you need for redness, dead skin cells, or winter dryness. No other products necessary - it's a winter essential! The price used to be wicked high. I switched to Bioderma after a year because it was too expensive. But after downloading the Hwahae app and checking ingredients, I can't use Bioderma anymore (which I've used since 2017). My second daughter was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis at 7 months, and even though Bioderma is officially sold at hospitals, the ingredients are a no-go. Checked Dr. Donkey's ingredients out of curiosity - no red flags at all. That explains the high price. But now it's much cheaper, only 22,000 won. I've switched back and it's working wonders, especially in winter. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 24, 2019
It has a good glide The scent is not too strong It feels nice and smooth when applied I wish there was a spatula It's a bit awkward to scoop it up with my fingers to use on a baby It seems suitable for use on pregnant women as well - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 29, 2019
I use it with confidence because the ingredients are good. It seems particularly good for people with atopic dermatitis. The price is a bit high, so it may be difficult to continue using it. It's better to apply it after taking a bath. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2019
Throughout the entire winter, I struggled with sensitive and dry skin, but then I discovered the Atocream from Jateo Donkey! Thanks to it, I was able to get through the winter well, and I still apply it whenever my skin feels dry. My face is oily, but my body is too dry, and even regular body lotions don't help, but the Atocream keeps my skin moisturized even after I wake up. The thick texture makes it a bit inconvenient to dispense, but other than that, I haven't noticed any other issues. I scoop out a small amount from the compact container and carry it with me, applying it whenever my skin feels dry! - 48*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2019
It's really the best! My baby's problem skin has completely healed. Even when I applied a light steroid ointment, the effects were only temporary, but now I've stopped using that and the ointment altogether. The price...but I'm satisfied enough to overlook that. Just applying one is good enough.
