  Pros

  No stinging sensation in the eyes, and when applied with a cotton pad, it removes makeup gently and effectively while keeping the skin moisturized. It's gentle on the eyes and I really love how it feels. I wish I could use only this product!

  Cons

  There are many cheaper alternatives out there... However, I love this product so much that I always wait for it to go on sale!

  I've been using this product since it first came out. After using Lancôme Bi-Facil, I was looking for a more affordable remover with good cleansing effectiveness and great ingredients when I stumbled upon this. I've been using it for almost 3 years now and have gone through about 10 bottles. I thought it was just good until I had the chance to try other products, which made me realize how truly excellent this one is. First off, it seems to work particularly well with Etude House mascara fixer. It removes everything cleanly without leaving residue. Whether it's liquid liner, eyeshadow, or mascara - it removes it all thoroughly. It doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes. Since it removes makeup so well, you don't need to rub multiple times, which helps reduce worries about eye wrinkles. It's really fantastic.

  Cons

  When it first came out, the cap was prone to breaking, which made me nervous when traveling. Recently, they've changed it to a screw-top bottle. Other than that, the only downside might be that it's not extremely cheap.

  Tip

  Soak two cotton pads generously, then gently press them on your eyes for 3 to 5 seconds. Next, wipe downward in the direction of your lashes, and about 70% of the makeup will come off. After that, remove the rest, and you'll find you can remove your makeup quickly without irritation.

  Ever since I tried this after randomly buying it to fill a quota for a sale at a beauty store, I've stuck with it exclusively. It doesn't irritate my eyes, and upon checking, the ingredients are quite good. It even removes mascara effectively.

  Cons

  While it's a bit pricier than typical drugstore products, it's definitely worth the money.

  Remember to shake it well before use.

  I love that it doesn't contain any concerning ingredients. I switched to this after my previous Beyond Eco Clean Lip & Eye Remover was discontinued, and I'm really impressed with the ingredient list. As for cleansing effectiveness, if you soak a cotton pad well and hold it on for about 5 seconds, it removes most makeup easily.

  Cons

  Compared to the Beyond product I used before, it feels like it doesn't remove makeup quite as effortlessly. However, the peace of mind from the safe ingredients outweighs this, so I plan to keep using it for the time being.

  Tip

  If you have super sensitive skin, I recommend using organic cotton pads with this remover for the best results.

  I bought this product because of its great ingredients, and it truly lives up to its reputation for being gentle while still having excellent cleansing effectiveness. It's an absolute lifesaver when I need to use it like a cleansing water in a pinch. After removing my makeup and applying my skincare, it helps smooth out dead skin cells, creating the perfect canvas for makeup application. It's so good that I almost wish it were just a regular cleansing water!

  I can't think of any downsides. Perhaps because of its good ingredients, it feels gentle and comfortable. My only slight disappointment is that it's not just a cleansing water but a makeup remover?

  Living in Germany, I had no choice but to use this product. It feels gentle on the skin. I love wearing eye makeup and regularly use waterproof mascara, and this cleanser removes it all effortlessly.

  There's nothing I disliked about it. If anything, the price might be the only drawback.

  This is the most effective and gentle cleanser I've ever used. It's especially amazing for removing waterproof mascara!! It takes everything off completely! You can trust this product without a doubt.

  The ingredients are great, and above all, it removes makeup effectively without any irritation! In my opinion, it's the ultimate makeup remover in the universe.

  Compared to drugstore brands, the price is a bit steep. It used to be sold at duty-free shops, but now it seems to have been removed from their shelves.

  It's incredibly gentle, to the point where you barely feel it cleansing! But surprisingly, its cleansing effectiveness is great. For my super sensitive skin, it's absolutely perfect.

  I always struggled to remove mascara when washing my face, but using this remover works wonders! It gently and effectively removes makeup. The ingredients are also top-notch.

  The price is way too high. I bought it in-store and had no idea it would be this small.

  After shaking the bottle, I applied it to a cotton pad and held it on my eyes for 5 seconds. It removed the makeup really well!
