It's moisturizing and provides good coverage. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin. The amount control is disappointing... Even with a small turn, a lot comes out. I bought it to cover dark circles, but one twist dispenses way too much product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 6, 2020
It covers blemishes incredibly well, and you can get it even cheaper during sales! I have quite a lot of blemishes on my face, so I was looking for a concealer, and this one from The Saem is truly amazing, living up to its reputation! The staying power seems to last longer than I expected. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've probably used about 10 tubes of this, no joke! It's a bit disappointing that too much product comes out at once, and the cap often comes loose, making a mess in my makeup pouch. A great tip: squeeze some concealer onto the back of your hand, use what you need, and put any excess into your cushion compact for later use. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
The side-click mechanism that dispenses the concealer for brush application is super convenient. The brush is gentle and doesn't irritate the skin. The coverage is excellent, and it worked wonderfully for my combination dehydrated skin. Plus, you get a generous amount of product! Be careful not to twist too much, or you'll end up wasting product. Also, the cap seems to open a bit too easily. For best results, twist just a little and apply a thin layer only where needed. For areas requiring more coverage, try layering the product. This technique really enhances the concealing power. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 6, 2019
The attached brush eliminates the need for separate tools. The color is great and the coverage seems to be above average. I haven't really found any drawbacks yet...!? You have to twist the head to dispense the product, which makes it a bit tricky to control the amount. I chose this concealer based on a store employee's recommendation, who said it's the best option from The Saem for those with very dry skin. It seems to be working pretty well for me! - 57******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessJul 22, 2019
As someone with facial redness and combination skin, this was perfect to use instead of foundation. 1. It's gentle and has a slight yellow tint, which is great for neutralizing redness. 2. When applied thinly on the back of the hand and blended out, it provides better coverage than BB cream and creates a natural-looking complexion. I'm confused whether this is a concealer or foundation, as more product comes out than expected in one squeeze. The product description does suggest applying it to areas where you want facial contours to show, but: - The brush is difficult to clean, so it might not be ideal for those with super sensitive skin! - Honestly, I prefer stick-type serums over this one. 1. A large amount comes out at once, making it difficult to distribute evenly. - It's best to dispense it on the back of your hand, apply a thin layer with your fingers, then pat it in with a puff. Applying with your hands gives better adherence to the skin. - gr**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2019
I've often found concealers to be a bit stiff for use on dark circles, but this product is not at all! It absorbs beautifully and has amazing staying power, so there's absolutely no patchiness. For dark circles with a strong bluish tint, it might result in a slightly ashy finish. To counteract the ashiness, try applying a light reddish eyeshadow under the eyes before the concealer. It covers well! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2019
I love that you can apply it thinly with just a small amount, and the brush applicator makes it easy to spread evenly! As someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced blemishes when I used this. Also, the cap tends to open easily, which led to a concealer explosion in my makeup bag. Keep that in mind! Make sure to prep your skin well with a good skincare routine before applying this product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2018
The Clear Beige shade wasn't available, so I'm writing my review here. First off, the coverage is absolutely incredible... it truly covers all blemishes and redness! The compact size also makes it super convenient to carry around. I broke out with blemishes. I'm not sure if it's because of this or The Saem sunscreen, but I developed serious blemishes on my forehead. Ironically, this product covers those severe blemishes completely; it's quite amusing... And there's a slight grayish tint, but I'm not sure if I've just gotten used to it over time. One downside: the cap is really easy to lose. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 16, 2018
The amount you get for the price is pretty decent! The coverage is also good... to that extent. 1. Darkening... The darkening is seriously too much. When you first apply it, your face looks gray like you've smeared mud on it. After a few hours, no matter how well you've done your skincare, it cakes up around your nose and your face looks awful. 2. The lid keeps falling off. It constantly comes loose. 3. The staying power is terrible. 4. The design is extremely inconvenient. After twisting it open and the liquid comes out, you can't apply it with the brush, so you have to use a puff, which is such a hassle. The opening gets dirty on its own too. It's just a waste of money. Please, if you can avoid it, don't buy this. I'm begging you... - wh*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 20, 2018
As expected, The SAEM really knows their concealers. The coverage is fantastic and it's also wonderfully hydrating. The lid opens too easily, which is inconvenient. The brush at the front end up absorbing all the concealer. It's difficult to control the amount of product used. When you're in a rush to do your makeup, it's convenient to quickly apply it and pat it in with a puff.
