My mom's hair was ruined by a salon director, seemingly beyond repair. But then another stylist recommended this product. I was skeptical at first, but it actually made her hair look like real hair again! The results are incredible, so I highly recommend it to anyone with color-treated or extremely damaged hair. The application process is a bit tedious, but it really makes your hair silky smooth, so I only use it before going to the bathhouse. The jar packaging is a downside, making it a bit inconvenient. It's also a shame when water gets in, as it feels wasteful. For best results, apply it carefully with a comb, just like they do at the salon when coloring your hair. It works even better this way! - hj****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 29, 2019
My hair was already damaged and split at the ends, but it doesn't seem to be getting worse, so I think this product is doing alright. The jar packaging makes it inconvenient to use with wet hands. It's quite runny, so I end up using a lot each time, and I was surprised at how quickly it ran out. I wish they'd increase the quantity and offer it in a tube format. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2018
I'm really not one to skimp on hair packs, and I've tried all kinds like Mise-en-Scène, Dr. Toppik, and Moremo Treatment, but this pack is truly the most effective. Recently, I dyed my hair and it got really damaged, so I was browsing Olive Young and saw this product that's famous in the UK and decided to try it. It's honestly the best hair pack I've ever used, and my hair is so much softer. I still haven't given up on my severely damaged hair! I really recommend this to anyone in the same boat. Some people said the scent was good, but personally, I didn't like it much.. It's kind of like the smell of low-quality snacks? Not very tasty. The effects are incredibly good, so I'll keep using this pack. The downside is that it's not a pump bottle, it's a jar, so it's inconvenient to use in the bathroom, and it's a bit pricey. Of course, it's still better than the costs I've incurred from my nomadic hair care routine. Well, I'm sure everyone knows this, but using a hair cap is the best. The back of the product says to leave it on for 3-5 minutes, but you don't even need to do the heat treatment - just putting on the hair cap while you're washing it will make your hair incredibly soft. Of course, doing the heat treatment as well would be even better. The hair oils from the same brand are great too! - jy****Dry SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2018
I originally liked John Frieda products, so I bought this with confidence. After getting a perm and coloring, my hair was really frizzy, but it's gotten so much better now. I personally really like the scent as well. Some people don't like the thin formula, but I don't mind it at all. There are no downsides. Buy it when it's on sale at Olive Young. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2018
After dyeing my hair a couple of times, my hair became completely damaged, even though it was still in decent condition before. I went to Olive Young wondering what to buy, and although it was expensive, I tried it out... Wow, after wrapping my head in a towel for about 20 minutes and rinsing it, my hair is so soft and smooth the next day! I didn't realize it was a runny formula, and while reading the instructions, I spilled it... I ended up putting the spilled product back on my head in the sink! The only downside is that it was expensive. Wrapping your head in a towel for 20-30 minutes and then rinsing it seems to work well! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 18, 2017
Frequent dyeing has caused my hair ends to break off and become frizzy, leaving me no choice but to use a hair pack. I was in a hurry to buy one from Olive Young, as nothing else had been effective. I bought this product after seeing the review below, and it was absolutely amazing. After using it, my hair texture becomes noticeably calmer and smoother. I'll recommend this to anyone with dry and damaged hair. Although some said it's expensive, I don't think it's that pricey. There wasn't really any bad point. I've tried all the shampoos and conditioners in this brand's color range. My hair is naturally strong, but frequent coloring has led to tangled ends and unmanageable texture. I started using this product when it was recommended to me while I was living abroad - it's a famous hair care brand that's well-known among foreigners, but not as widely recognized in Korea at the time. So people would have to order it directly back then. But I was surprised to see it being sold at Olive Young now. I've tried Aveda, L'Occitane, and others, but this hair care line is unmatched. The scent is amazing - strong and long-lasting. Of course, it leaves my hair incredibly soft. I've gotten a lot of compliments from both men and women about the great fragrance when I use these products. Definitely, the red line helps prevent tangles and makes my hair feel smoother when brushing. The only downside is that it's more expensive than other shampoos. If it were just a bit cheaper, I'd stock up and use this product exclusively forever. I use the shampoo, hair mask, and conditioner in that order. If the price is a concern but you still want to try it, I'd recommend the hair mask (you can also use it like a conditioner). There are different lines, but the red one has the best fragrance and works the best for my hair! There are other lines available that haven't made it to Korea yet, but the red one is the safest bet, excluding the super-damaged hair types.
