The fact that it's not irritating even if it gets in your eyes is a big plus. Although I first remove makeup with a lip and eye remover before cleansing, there are some products that sting terribly if they get in your eyes while washing. Some balm or cream types can leave a cloudy, oily film when they get in your eyes, but I didn't experience any discomfort in that regard with this product. However, as I mentioned above, I use it to remove base makeup after first removing color cosmetics, so I don't directly rub the product into my eyes. I apply it around the face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas, then massage it in to remove makeup, and only a small amount gets in or around the eyes when rinsing with water. Unlike oils, it doesn't run and get all over your elbows while massaging. It's less irritating because you can rinse it off with water without using a tissue (though a second cleanse is necessary). The transparent color allows you to see the makeup dissolving clearly. After cleansing, my skin feels less dry and more hydrated. The ingredients aren't great... It doesn't come with a built-in spatula. The one in the photo is one I bought separately, which happened to fit perfectly, so I keep it inside. Being a scoop-out type product, it's easy to use too much. The cleansing power is quite weak when used alone. Make sure to use a spatula, and it's best to determine the right amount for yourself from the start. The product itself isn't very large, so if you keep scooping out big amounts, you'll go through it really quickly. It's essential to follow up with a second cleanse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 14, 2017
It's not overly oily and the texture is a bit firm at first, but this balm melts smoothly and is easy to roll, with a great emulsification process. I've never felt like it didn't cleanse properly, and it removes makeup cleanly. At 50% off, the value is really good. I'm not a big fan of rose scents, but the fragrance is pleasant. I would repurchase this. There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. The included spatula is there, but I find it a hassle to use, so it wasn't an issue for me. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2017
Wow, finally the power of my holy grail product is here!! After using cleansing water and oil, as I am a sebum-prone person, I felt refreshed and satisfied with the cleansing. So I decided to try the balm version, and it really melts smoothly, allowing me to feel the sebum granules rolling around. And most importantly, it's very gentle. The finish is great, and I don't think it will cause any breakouts. I will definitely repurchase! I bought it during a sale at Olive Young. As it's in a balm form, using a spatula is essential. You'll need to carefully control the amount. But there's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I can even do the full rolling motion in front of the vanity mirror and then go to the bathroom. And the second cleansing is still a must, as it can feel a bit unclean otherwise. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2017
This product seems great for someone like me who is quite lazy. It removes makeup, including point makeup, all at once. Of course, it would be better to remove it separately, but since I'm too lazy... With the (Kiss Me) mascara, just gently flip your eyelid and wipe it off, and it comes off easily!! The scent is also quite pleasant, and it doesn't really cause any acne breakouts.. I like it!! The only downside is that there's no spatula, which is quite disappointing. Using your hands might raise some hygiene concerns... That's a bit of a letdown, but since you wipe your hands before cleansing anyway, it should be fine! I think it's best to use this product for the first cleansing, and then use a foam cleanser for the second cleansing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 30, 2017
It washes off very well and has a nice fragrance. It removes eye liner and eyeshadow well and is gentle. There wasn't really anything disappointing, but if I had to pick one, it would be the lack of a spatula... I had to spread it with my fingers, which was a bit of a hassle. Don't wet it, gently rub it in! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 10, 2017
Just like a cleansing balm, it doesn't seem as irritating since you don't have to wipe it off with a tissue. It's gentler than cleansing oils and leaves no residue on the skin, which is great. The soft texture feels really nice to use. There's a faint rose scent, which I liked. I've tried the Banila Co. Clean It Zero and the Espoir cleansing balm, but I find the Mamonde one finishes off much more cleanly. I'll definitely repurchase this once I'm done! It has a similar texture to Clean It Zero, but it's even gentler and softer. It melts so well and really cleanses the face thoroughly. You can even use it around the eyes without any issues. The amount is pretty standard, but it gets used up really quickly. I haven't even used it that many times, but the top part has already diminished a lot. A spatula would make it a bit more convenient to use. I'd love to buy the larger size if it's available. I don't usually use a makeup remover for my lips, but when my lips have some flakiness or it's just a hassle, I find this works great for cleansing my lips as well! - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 4, 2017
The scent was good and everything was great! The usage experience was also good and it wasn't too irritating. Since it's in a tub, using a spatula is a little inconvenient, haha. I recommend designating and using a spatula! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2017
It's less oily than cleansing oils and feels very soft and gentle when cleansing. It feels gentler than other brands. And when rinsing with water, there's less residue left behind compared to other products, so it doesn't feel burdensome to use. It's clean. It would have been nice if it had a spatula. Since it's a product that needs to be scooped out, a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. But the product is really good, so it's usable. Please buy the spatula.
