The texture is not watery like dripping water~ It has a slightly sticky texture~! When shaken, it forms a soap-like foam, and when applied, it feels slippery. Pros
I bought the Diarprogue toner because it was newly released, hoping to get a 1+1 deal. The result is satisfactory. It's great for soaking cotton pads and placing them on the face, and the recently popular 7-skin method also works well - it doesn't seem to irritate my skin.
Cons
The blue-colored toner seems a bit harsh, as it stings my eyes a little, so it doesn't seem very gentle. I'm using it cautiously as I'm worried it might irritate my skin. Also, it comes out in a dribble, making it difficult to control the amount.

The Water Essential Toner really lived up to its name - it was so moisturizing. It feels a bit sticky when first applied, but it absorbs into the skin in just 3 seconds, leaving my skin feeling hydrated.

The DR.PROG cream worked really well for my sensitive skin, so I decided to try the toner from the same brand. But as soon as I applied it, my skin started to sting and itch.
