Pros
Although the blue color was also harsh, I bought it because it was sold together at Olive Young!! If the blue is 100% water-based?! then the pink one seems to have a slight stickiness compared to water!! However, it applies lightly and well, and there is a toner left on the face after application, so it does not dry out or anything like that!! The scent is not overpoweringly strong, just a floral fragrance!!
Cons
I used it in the blue, but I've been using it by putting cotton pads and toner in the bottle and using one sheet at a time, and while I'm not sure if that's why, the cotton seems to decompose... it tears and cracks... So for that reason, it doesn't seem to go on my hand very well

Pros
It spreads on lightly, absorbs well, and has a refreshing feel. It seems to spread well on all skin types. It has a faint rose-like scent~ It's called Angelica Root Water, and I've been using root-based cosmetics really well. Even the non-greasy ones.
Cons
It's so good that there's hardly any downside. It may not be suitable for those who prefer a heavier formula.

I personally found the fragrance to be absolutely wonderful. As it's a liquid form, I found it convenient that I could dab it on with a cotton pad without getting my hands dirty. I also enjoyed the rich, moisturizing sensation it provided. It was a unique experience.
Cons

Pros
The scent is really nice! I'm not a big fan of rose scents, but this has a subtle rose fragrance, if I had to describe it. I think even those sensitive to fragrances could use this well! The hydration level is really moisturizing and it had a calming effect on my skin! I had been using a serum that didn't agree with my skin, but after using this toner for about 3 days to replenish the moisture, my skin calmed right down.
Cons
It was fine for me, but those who dislike a slippery feeling might not like it. The finish is moisturizing, but when first applying, it has a slightly slick, non-absorbent texture.
Tip
I wiped it on with a cotton pad and then gently massaged it in until the slick texture was absorbed.

It was a slightly sticky toner. It's not overly sticky, but it's a bit stickier than regular toners. It performs the toner function excellently. The scent is not too strong either. The amount is also good, so I like it. It seems like a decent toner.

The product has a large capacity, is moisturizing, and has a nice fragrance. Everyone in my family except me found it suitable.
Cons
If you are sensitive to PEG, do not use this product. When I applied the PEG-containing product, I developed contact dermatitis and small acne breakouts immediately. I tried using it for 3 days to confirm, and it was definitely due to this product. Just now, I was doing a face pack and it was so irritating that I had to rinse it off with water, and the irritation subsided. While the ingredients are mostly good, the presence of PEG and fragrance is quite disappointing.
