Pros
( I purchased and used this product in May 2017 ) I first learned about the Bibalance brand while looking for aesthetic products that would suit my age, and I tried using it. It was more moisturizing than I expected, so I liked it. 😁 The liquid type is like a runny nose, so it's better to just gently pat it in with your hands after cleansing, rather than wiping it with cotton.
Cons
I didn't really have any major complaints while using it, but since it's a liquid type, it may not absorb completely, and there's PEG in the ingredients, so it could potentially cause breakouts.
Tip
Instead of using cotton pads, if you gently pat it in with your hands, your skin will feel thoroughly moisturized and plump. ❤

1. Reasonable price range 2. Can be used as a 7-skin method in large volume 3. Non-sticky and moisturizing

After trying many toner brands, I don't think I've found a product with such good value and satisfaction (I've tried a lot of other aesthetic brands as well)
Tip
Even if you only do it 2-3 times, the 7-skin method is a bit of a hassle, but it still leaves your skin feeling very moisturized and nice

Pros
I've been using this toner continuously. I've used about 5 bottles so far! It's gentle on sensitive skin and not too irritating. When I apply it, my skin really becomes hydrated! Highly recommend it!
Cons
I don't really see any downsides. If the price was just a little bit lower, that would be great.
Tip
Especially if you wipe it off and then apply 3 layers of skin toner, the tightness goes away! Haha

This toner is perfect for the 7-skin method. Although the price seems high, considering the large volume, it's quite reasonable. When doing the 7-skin method, your skin becomes very hydrated and soothed.

After cleansing, my face immediately feels tight and dry, but this skin toner leaves my skin feeling moisturized and essence-like. I tried it once and keep coming back to it.

I've been using this for a year now. It's an extremely moisturizing toner, but it doesn't feel sticky. The amount is generous, so it lasts a long time. It has a great soothing effect. It's so moisturizing without any stickiness, I feel like I keep using it. I tend to have acne and milia on my forehead, so with this rich texture, I only need 2-3 layers, not 7. After thoroughly patting it in and building it up, it really seems to solve my dehydrated skin issues.
Cons
In the summer, more than 3 layers might be too much with its watery serum-like texture. For oily skin types, 7 layers may not be suitable, but since there are no pore-clogging ingredients, it should be fine to use.
Tip
Wipe it on with a clear toner, then pat it in like an ampoule! In the winter, apply 2 or more layers before makeup for a hydrated look.
