  This toner is a versatile all-rounder that can be used anytime without irritation or breakouts! It's an incredibly large volume, so there's no burden even if you pump it a lot. I mainly use it after cleansing, to wipe away any remaining residue. The moisturizing watery skin texture doesn't burden the skin at all. And sometimes when I don't feel like washing my face in the morning or I'm feeling tired, I'll soak a cotton pad with this skin and wipe it on once or twice. It's amazing!^_^
