The hydration power is unbeatable. My skin was extremely dry, but it improved significantly after using this. Not recommended for facial use. It might be okay in winter, but for summer... oh no! - nl*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 1, 2021
It absorbs silkily, forming a protective layer on the skin. This aspect could be both an advantage and a potential drawback. The fragrance is perfectly suited for autumn. When applied to very dry skin, the protective layer can be unsettling as it sits on top of the skin, potentially causing an itchy sensation underneath. I recommend applying this after replenishing some moisture to your skin. - le******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedOct 21, 2020
As someone who struggled with extremely dry skin, I finally found relief after using natural jojoba oil for over a year. Since then, I've been very picky about body emulsions. I bought this product because it's gentle and nearly fragrance-free. I've used it well throughout all seasons, adjusting the amount as needed. It absorbs well and has a nice texture. The hydration is outstanding, no need to even mention it. I got it at a great price during an Olive Young 1+1 sale. They say it has a rice scent, which might be hit or miss for some people. It's described as smelling like rice water, which I found odd at first. You do get used to it after using it for a while though. For best results, apply a moderate amount to skin that's still slightly damp. This helps it absorb faster and improves the overall application. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedAug 7, 2020
It's quite good value for money, especially since I use it to soothe the itching from my psoriasis I usually prefer subtle scents or citrusy fragrances, but this product has a rather strong aroma - je******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2020
The scent is absolutely amazing! I'm a big fan of herbal and grassy fragrances, and this one hits the spot perfectly! There's nothing bad to say! Well, it's not really a downside, but the texture is a bit thick, so if you apply it carelessly, it won't spread evenly. You need to be thorough when applying it! - jh******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 20, 2020
✨This is my honest review after purchasing and using the product (with my own money)✨ 1. Hydration Aveeno Skin Relief is truly a body emulsion that provides deep hydration without any deep dryness. After application, it keeps your skin moisturized for a long time, eliminating the need for multiple applications. It's an incredibly effective and convenient body emulsion. 2. Gentleness As the name 'Skin Relief' suggests, I bought it because I liked how gentle and non-irritating the ingredients are. Unlike other body emulsions, it's extremely mild and causes no irritation! This was another aspect I really appreciated. 3. Clean application Some body emulsions can leave a sticky residue, making it uncomfortable to put on clothes afterwards. However, this product absorbs perfectly! It doesn't leave any sticky or unpleasant feeling on the skin after application. It has an ideal texture and absorption rate for a body emulsion. I'm very satisfied with this product, especially considering its price. 1. Scent The fragrance is a bit disappointing. With many perfumed body emulsions on the market that leave you smelling like you've spritzed on a perfume, this one has a somewhat ambiguous scent - maybe a grain-like smell? Or a dry hand lotion scent? It doesn't leave a pleasant lingering fragrance on your body after application. This was a significant letdown for me. If hydration is your priority, you might still use it, but if fragrance is important to you, you'll likely find this product quite disappointing. It's more economical to buy this product during sales at places like Olive Young! Keep an eye out for discount periods! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinFeb 3, 2020
It's from the Aveeno line and easily accessible, which is a plus. This is my first time trying one with chamomile scent, and for some reason, possibly due to the fragrance, it makes my skin itchy when applied. As someone with atopic dermatitis, moisturizing is essential, but it's driving me crazy to feel itchy every time I moisturize. I'm currently looking for an alternative product. - s1****Normal SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2019
I haven't tried other emulsions, so I can't compare, but this one doesn't feel sticky and the scent isn't overpowering. I've been using it with satisfaction and plan to repurchase. I'm sorry, I haven't used other emulsions, so I'm not sure how to compare. - ai*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 5, 2019
Perfect for dry skin! It's incredibly moisturizing and long-lasting. I have atopic dermatitis, and I'm pleased that it doesn't cause any irritation. Nothing particularly bad so far... Maybe the scent might be divisive? I personally found it fine. - tl****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 17, 2019
This is great for winter use. It not only provides excellent hydration but also tackles dryness. It absorbs quickly, making it a solid, no-fuss emulsion. I haven't experienced any blemishes since I started using it. However, the scent is absolutely awful. I've never used an Aveeno product with such an unpleasant smell before. If it weren't for the fragrance, it would be perfect. All in all, it's not bad for autumn and winter use, if you can get past the scent.
