The brush cleans up really well. Using this makes me feel refreshed and satisfied. It's been discontinued, so I can't find it in stores anymore. What should I use now? I'm at a loss. - uo******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 6, 2024
It really cleanses well. I used to use a cleansing foam before, but this dedicated product seems better as it doesn't damage the brush. It has a gel-like consistency, so you have to squeeze the case to get it out. That's a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 11, 2020
The scent is lovely and it lasts for ages. I've been using it for two years and there's still about half left. The eyeshadow color from previous uses tends to linger on the brush. It seems a bit difficult to clean thoroughly. - pu******Combination SkinAug 22, 2020
The cleansing effectiveness is great, and I love that there's no lingering scent after washing. It has a jelly-like texture. While it's fine with a puff, it's not great for cleaning brushes. It feels like it doesn't penetrate between the bristles. - db*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinMay 7, 2020
The price is reasonable and you get a generous amount. It has decent cleansing effectiveness and doesn't damage the bristles after washing. However, I'm not sure when it was reformulated, but compared to the previous version... A few years ago when I used it, it seemed to lather better. Now that I've bought a new one, it doesn't foam up as well, and because of that, the cleansing effectiveness seems lower than before. The puff is even harder to clean now. I recommend using this for a light cleanse of natural hair brushes and other brushes, except for foundation brushes. - um****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJun 5, 2019
I tried this cleanser during Innisfree's sale in May! To sum it up, it's pretty good for cleaning brushes! I used it with a cleansing pad I bought from Daiso, and it lathered well with decent cleansing effectiveness!! It's a solid choice for brush cleaning!! For cleaning makeup sponges... it's a no-go. The cleansing effectiveness seems quite lacking... I tried washing my HERA Black Cushion sponge, and even after using plenty of cleanser and washing twice, it barely lathered... After two rounds of cleaning, when I tried to remove excess moisture by pressing it into a tissue, a lot of makeup still came out... This cleanser is strictly for brush cleaning only! Try using it with a cleansing pad when washing your brushes! - oy******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 28, 2018
Oh my, I was searching for an affordable brush cleanser with decent ingredients, and this was the only one I could find! It definitely cleans well, leaving my brushes pristine white and spotless! It seems this product rarely goes on sale. Innisfree, please have mercy... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 18, 2018
There's not a single redeeming quality about this product. Its cleansing effectiveness is worse than a random bar of soap you'd find lying around. The scent is like dish soap, but it doesn't even clean as well as that. It can't even clean brushes, let alone makeup sponges. I feel like slapping myself for spending money on this. The Daiso Mugunghwa baby laundry soap reigns supreme in comparison. - eu********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityMay 21, 2018
You can use this for quite a long time, which is better than expected. The brush is easy to clean if it hasn't been dirty for too long. However, if you haven't cleaned the brush in a while, it doesn't remove old, stubborn stains very well. The puff is really difficult to wash. It's actually more effective to soak it in a generous amount of foam cleanser and squeeze it out. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 19, 2017
The 250ml size allowed me to use it for a long time 1. The scent isn't great 2. The cleansing effectiveness isn't that good - foam cleansers work better 3. It's hard to control the amount - when you squeeze it, a lot comes out at once It works well when used together with a foam cleanser
