Honestly, I don't have any complaints about the product itself... If I really had to pick something, it might be the price...? Sometimes I consider trying a cheaper gel product, but after a brief switch, I always come back to this one...

Compared to gel-type products from other brands, I rarely felt dryness after cleansing. With other products, I often felt dry, so this was the aspect I was most satisfied with. For those with oily skin types and those prone to blemishes, which is probably most users, I can't say it dramatically reduces blemishes by my standards, but it does improve them somewhat, and at the very least, it doesn't make them worse. I've been using this exclusively for about 2 years now.

I use the face cleansing gel in the morning to refine my skin. This product is also designed to reduce irritation when shaving in the morning. If you cleanse with this first and then shave, you'll likely experience less irritation and fewer blemishes! At night, I use the Lab Series Face Wash with its stronger cleansing power to remove impurities. By alternating between these products, I'm definitely noticing a gradual improvement in my skin.

It feels like the cleansing effectiveness is a bit lacking. With other cleansing foams, my skin would feel squeaky clean, but this product leaves a slightly slippery feeling.

I find this product great because it's gentle and leaves my skin feeling smooth. I've been using it alongside Lab Series' signature 'Multi-Action Face Wash'. This gel-based product creates a rich lather, and I feel like it's making my skin smoother and my pores appear smaller - though that could be just my imagination. I use this in my morning routine to refine my skin before work, and at night I focus on the more powerful Face Wash for deep cleansing. Personally, I'm really satisfied with how much my skin has improved using this combination.

1. Despite the word 'cooling' in the name, I didn't feel any cooling sensation at all.
2. Even after rinsing thoroughly, my face feels slippery.
3. The packaging is clearly designed to stand upright, but when I do so, the contents leak out. Upon inspection, I noticed the cap doesn't have any seal at all. (This could potentially be a defective item)

I'm quite fond of Lab Series and have tried most of their products by category. I'm currently using some of them. However...

It's good for light, everyday use compared to the Multi-Action Face Wash. If you want to remove makeup or sunscreen, you must wipe it off first. Recommended for those seeking a less irritating cleanser from Lab Series.

The cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lacking. It seems you need to use about twice the amount compared to the Multi-Action Face Wash. Even though I thought I had washed thoroughly, when using toner with a cotton pad afterwards, some BB cream residue still came off, suggesting it wasn't completely removed. With stronger products like the Multi-Action Face Wash or Lush cleansing bars, I didn't need to separately remove BB cream, but with this product, it's necessary.

It's a transparent gel-type cleanser without microbeads. It's less burdensome for daily use compared to the Multi-Action Face Wash. It's not irritating. After cleansing, it leaves a smooth or slightly slippery feeling, which might be a matter of personal preference. It's different from that squeaky clean sensation.

Even though it will be rinsed off, the fragrance is not very pleasant.
If you are used to multi-action face washes and expect that squeaky-clean feeling, especially for oily skin, this product is a complete mismatch. It showcases the epitome of slipperiness.

The marketing that creates the illusion of a refreshing and clean cleansing experience is a resounding success.
