This exfoliating toner worked great for my combination dehydrated skin, especially in the T-zone and butterfly zone. It's perfect for frequent use throughout the day. I tried the Mamonde Rose Toner after using it before, but honestly, I can't pinpoint any specific advantages. It doesn't seem to peel off particularly well, and I'm struggling to find any notable benefits of this toner...

It's incredibly refreshing when used to address dead skin cells concerns. The toner has exceeded my expectations in managing skin issues, making it a staple in my skincare routine that I use consistently and cherish. It's hardly worth mentioning as a drawback, but I noticed that frequent use on sensitive skin without any particular reason can sometimes leave the skin feeling unsettled. However, this is purely my personal experience, so you may not need to take it into account. I've been using this Mamonde Aqua Peel Toner (an exfoliating enzyme toner) alongside the Aritaum Tea Tree Solution mentioned in my previous review. The results are absolutely amazing. I personally recommend using it in conjunction with Aritaum's Tea Tree Solution face mask for optimal effects. Here's an extra tip: The Mamonde Aqua Peel Toner is great to use briefly before cleansing to remove dead skin cells. I've also found it effective for blackhead removal and as a light post-cleanse treatment. As someone with super sensitive skin and dry skin, this toner has been a game-changer, giving me plenty of reasons to leave a review on Hwahae. Bonus tip: It pairs well with Mamonde's rose toner too. As someone with combination skin, I found this product great for controlling oil, especially when I used it in winter. Despite having blemish-prone skin, this product didn't cause any additional irritation. I'm a fan of watery toners and dislike sticky textures, so I was quite satisfied in that regard. Overall, the effects were satisfactory. The fragrance of this toner is very strong, especially compared to the milder scents I've used before. There wasn't anything particularly beneficial for my skin. When I used it as an exfoliating toner, I felt a stinging sensation. I wondered why the area around my lips was so irritated. After letting it absorb, the next morning... a huge, hard blemish appeared right below my lip on my chin. Though it's been two months since I used it, I'm only writing this review now. That blemish is still tormenting me. Even after two months, it continues to bleed, with blemishes inside blemishes. If I could turn back time, I'd never use this toner. Because of this one chin blemish, I'm developing social anxiety. For two months, it hasn't disappeared and is definitely making its presence known. I always use this product with a cotton pad as the first step in my skincare routine to refine my skin texture. I've just finished my second bottle! The best thing about this product is that even though I have dry skin, it doesn't cause much tightness and has a wonderfully refreshing cooling effect that I absolutely love! These days, with all the fine dust in the air, and like many others, my skin becomes super sensitive every time the seasons change. While I don't typically have many blemishes, my skin used to act up once during each seasonal transition. However, with this product, I've been able to use it consistently without any blemishes or sensitivity issues. It's truly a product I'm using with great satisfaction. This line has 5 products in total, and while many people use the rose water toner, I found that the scent didn't suit me. This product is also excellent for touch-ups. If you have any areas where makeup is lifting or dead skin cells are noticeable, you can use it with a cotton pad to gently wipe the area clean and reapply your makeup for a flawless finish. While the rose water toner comes in a large size, this product is only available in 150ml so far. It seems great for exfoliation. When I soak a cotton pad and wipe along the grain of my skin, it feels like all the dead skin cells just disappear! The product has a strong sensation, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who dislike that intense feeling. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedOct 1, 2018
Sensation: It has a cooling effect due to the alcohol content. Scent: The alcohol scent gives a disinfecting feeling. Performance: It's effective at removing dead skin cells. Sensation: It's quite irritating for use on the T-zone. I recommend using it strictly for exfoliation purposes only. It seems to work well during seasonal changes without causing irritation! With consistent use, I noticed an improvement in my skin texture. There weren't really any downsides. I'm pleased that it appears to suit my skin type.
