I actually reviewed a similar herbal-like shampoo from the same manufacturer, and someone recommended this one in the comments, so I decided to give it a try. As expected, the surfactants weren't harsh, so it was fairly gentle on my scalp. I was also really pleased with the packaging, especially after being extremely disappointed with the J*nmo shampoo container I used before. The peony root inside also gives it an eco-friendly touch.
ConsCompared to J*nmo, it didn't leave my scalp feeling as light, and it didn't give my hair as much volume, so I won't be repurchasing (if I hadn't known about the other shampoo, I might have considered buying this again). I also prefer the rosemary-infused scent of J*nmo. This one has a herbal smell, but with a slight artificial cosmetic fragrance that was disappointing (seems like the perfume aspect could use some work). Personally, I'm not a fan of the peony root pieces concept, as they make the remaining product look murky. I've tried it once, and that's enough for me. I've already switched back to my original shampoo.
TipI always double cleanse with shampoo. The manufacturer is ENS Korea (may their business prosper).

It is a gentle product that can be used even by elementary school children without any trouble, not just by adults.
ConsThere is some disappointment in the oil removal. While it seems to protect the scalp and hair, there is a slightly greasy feeling to the hair, so I am alternating it with a shampoo with a bit more cleansing power.

The medicated lotion from the dermatologist was too irritating and harsh, so I looked into organic products and started using this one. It's so gentle and soft, and it's been great. The constant itchiness has improved a lot, and I'm planning to keep using it because the ingredients are good, and I can trust it. My hair has become so soft and smooth. I don't use hair packs or conditioners to avoid irritation, but this shampoo alone makes my hair so soft - I highly recommend it. It's already soft even when rinsing. And since it's mildly acidic, it's just perfect. If you have scalp issues, you should definitely try this!
ConsThere are reviews saying it doesn't lather much, but for me, who uses only a small amount, it's fine. A small amount still creates enough lather.
TipI always rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, no matter the product. I also don't apply the shampoo directly to my scalp, but instead, I create a small amount of lather in my hands and distribute it evenly across my head. It's non-irritating, and even after rinsing thoroughly, my hair is left soft and smooth.

As it's an organic shampoo, it's gentle and doesn't cause any irritation or breakouts, which I'm really happy about.
ConsI wish it had a refreshing, cool menthol-like sensation.

It doesn't make my scalp itch at all, and it leaves my hair feeling refreshed, clean, and moisturized. Wow, this is great! Even though it's a natural shampoo, it lathers up really well. And there's this white herb that looks like ginseng in the shampoo - it's kind of interesting! Some people may not like the scent, but I personally don't have any issues with it.
ConsThe price is a bit on the higher side, which is a bit of a downside. Also, I'm really concerned about my hair loss. The other products I've tried have worked well for my sensitive scalp, but the hair loss is still an issue. I wonder if I should try a specialized anti-hair loss shampoo, but those tend to be even more expensive. By the way, do you guys make a conditioner, scalp essence, or hair pack to go along with this shampoo? I'd be interested in purchasing those as well.
