I was surprised to learn that Happy Bath, known for their body products, has a face mask line! Even more surprising was the quality of the ingredients. As soon as you open it, there's a subtle rose scent, nothing too overpowering. It comes with a white essence-like solution. The sheet isn't too thin, but it seems to dry out quickly after about 10 minutes. It's best to keep an eye on the time when using this mask. After removing the mask, I recommend generously applying any remaining essence from the packet to your skin for added benefits. - 36*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 3, 2019
I was a bit skeptical about drugstore cosmetics, but this mask is truly amazing! I'm impressed that it has zero irritating ingredients, and I was surprised to feel absolutely no tingling or burning sensation during or after use. The cream-like essence is generously applied, yet it's not sticky at all and provides just the right amount of hydration that lasts until the next morning. While many reviews mention that there's not enough essence, I found it to be perfect. After fitting it on my face, I used the excess on my hands to apply to my neck and arms, and it was just the right amount. Too much would be wasteful, and it's a hassle to try to save the leftovers, so this amount is ideal for me. Usually, masks that don't suit me tend to cause irritation and dry out quickly, but this one was the complete opposite. I'm extremely satisfied! The sheet fits well on the forehead, but it's a bit loose around the lower part of the face. Even though I have a longer lower face, there was still excess material, so it might be huge for those with smaller faces. Also, the sheet itself doesn't adhere very well. These points were slightly disappointing. I put it in the fridge, and it was incredibly refreshing! During the 10 minutes I had it on, the sheet seemed to absorb all the heat from my face. It felt amazing! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinNov 23, 2018
Repurchase intention: No Affordable price The essence has a nice consistency, making it easy to use It's not too runny, which would be inconvenient, but it's just right while still providing plenty of hydration The mask was a bit too wide for my face, making it difficult to adhere properly Strangely, it feels unusually cool even without refrigeration - I suspect it might be due to rapid evaporation The scent is somewhat unpleasant. I thought it might have gone bad, but the expiration date is far from now... Looking at other reviews, one person said the rose scent was nice, while others found it unpleasant or weaker than expected I was considering throwing it away thinking mine had spoiled, but I'll give it a try After using this during the day, applying makeup, removing it, and sleeping, I woke up with two blemishes. While this product is the main suspect, I can't say for certain it was the cause If the evaporation is too fast, try covering it with plastic wrap - Hwahae UserOily SkinAug 16, 2018
The fragrance is absolutely delightful! Plus, the size is quite generous. Unfortunately, the mask is a bit thick, and there's not much essence, which is disappointing. - se********Dry SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2018
I'm usually skeptical about functional sheet masks, but I trusted the Rose line and gave it a try. First off, the ingredients are super gentle! No irritation at all. The essence has a thin emulsion-like texture. So when you put it on your face, it feels a bit heavy but also comforting! The sheet is quite thick too. After removing it, the hydration is so impressive that you don't even need to finish with other skincare products! I'm not sure about the brightening effects! The sheet is a bit thick and too large, so there's a lot of excess. And oddly, when I put it on my face, the part where glasses rest on the nose? That area looks whiter than the rest, even though it's soaked in essence like everywhere else. It's as if there's no essence there! It's not a major flaw, but it does raise questions. Oh, and the scent... I've only tried this and the Sea Buckthorn from this line, and they both have a similar smell. Maybe it's the sheet? It's not really my type of fragrance... it's a bit overwhelming. Since the essence is like a thin emulsion, after removing the sheet, your face is already quite moist. If you try to apply the leftover essence (and there's quite a bit left!), it might feel a bit heavy. I worry it could get sticky. So what I do is, after putting the sheet on my face, I immediately apply the remaining essence to my body! Especially on areas that need hydration, like my elbows. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinApr 8, 2018
It's gentle on the skin without any tingling sensation, making it perfect for daily use. Plus, it's even more affordable when you buy it from the Amore Mall. While it claims to have brightening effects, I'm not really sure about that. Personally, I'm satisfied with its hydration, but I wonder if consistent use might show results over time. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 7, 2018
The mask sheet material is great! It's free from harmful ingredients, so I can use it with peace of mind. While the sheet is good, it's disappointing that there's not enough essence. It dries out too quickly, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinFeb 26, 2018
I bought 10 sheets of this and 10 sheets of the green tea version from a clearance sale at a local store for just over 2,000 won each pack (with about a year left before expiration). In my case, I actually prefer that there isn't too much essence left after masking. Since I don't wear makeup often, dealing with excess product can be a bit of a hassle. I purchased this because I had tried the rose skin toner before and liked the scent, but the fragrance in this mask seems milder than I expected. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 13, 2018
While I can't manage a daily mask routine, I've been trying to use masks more often lately for skincare. However, intense masks can be a bit overwhelming to use frequently. That's where this product shines - it seems perfect for regular, light use between other treatments. The ingredients appear gentle, and the price is incredibly reasonable, so I'll likely keep using it. I can't really think of any downsides. After all, I use it alternating with other masks, so it serves its purpose well. - ok********Dry SkinEnlarged PoresJan 28, 2018
I like that it's not a runny formula, so it doesn't drip. I was honestly surprised it's a Happy Bath product! I didn't have a great image of Happy Bath before, but I stumbled upon this mask. After trying one, I thought it was so-so, but then I checked the ingredients list and liked what I saw. I'm not super picky about ingredients, but seeing '0' harmful ingredients is more reassuring than 5-8. Though it's a brightening mask, I'm satisfied with the affordable price. Even for my dry skin, the hydration is sufficient. Plus, I don't get any blemishes from it! The essence quantity isn't particularly generous. It's really meant for 10-15 minutes, not 20 minutes like some others. I got these on sale at the supermarket for an incredibly low price - a brightening mask for just around 300 won each! The limited essence might be a downside for some, but I intentionally keep some masks with less essence. While masks packed with essence are great, sometimes I want a quick fix when I'm feeling lazy. I need a mask I can slap on for 10 minutes and toss without guilt. With pricier masks, I often feel bad about wasting the leftover essence after just 10 minutes. Trying to use it up elsewhere can be a hassle. So, I use expensive 20-minute masks and affordable 10-minute ones depending on the situation. For a 10-minute, budget-friendly brightening mask with good ingredients, this one hits the spot!
