✔️Absorbs well The application is so smooth! Many velvet formulas tend to emphasize dead skin cells or leave flakes on your lips, but thanks to how well this absorbs, you can apply it without worry. ✔️Color With its clear, vibrant red hue, you can appreciate its charm whether applied lightly or boldly. ✔️Scent While some might dislike it, I find the signature cocoa-like scent of MAC lipsticks quite appealing. ✔️Packaging Usually, with prolonged use, cases get messy and show signs of wear, relegating them to home use. However, thanks to its sturdy and luxurious black packaging, this is the lipstick I've consistently carried and used for the longest time. ✔️As is typical with lipsticks, the staying power is weak After eating, it's completely wiped off, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 3, 2023
1. The color payoff is excellent. Even with a light application, the color adheres well to the lips. 2. Surprisingly versatile for both warm and cool skin tones. It's not overly warm, but rather a more neutral shade than expected. 1. The pink undertone. I'm a warm of warm tone who doesn't suit even a hint of pink. However, this shade clearly shows a mix of pink in the orange base. It's like 60% orange, 20% red, and 20% pink. Because of this, it didn't give me that perfect match feeling. 2. It smudges easily. It smudges way too much. When you take off your mask, the area around your lips looks really messy. Of course, it transfers onto the mask as well. 3. It accentuates fine lines. The way it emphasizes wrinkles is quite noticeable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 23, 2022
My friend gifted this to me, and I've been using it since. The color matches my deep undertone perfectly, so I've been enjoying it as my go-to product! Even though I carefully applied it to the inner parts of my lips, somehow it all ended up pushed to the outer edges. After eating just one meal, the color was completely gone from my lips. You'll need to reapply every time you eat something. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 4, 2021
I received this as a birthday gift, and it was tough to choose from the wide range of colors, but MAC truly stands out! The application is fantastic - just dabbing it lightly on my lips produces a subtle yet perfect color. I usually only wear coral shades, so intense colors still feel a bit unfamiliar. That's why I was slightly hesitant to apply it fully. However, even with gentle tapping, the color comes out beautifully without being overwhelming. It's described as an orange-red that suits warm tones exceptionally well, which is why I decided to get it. It really brightens up my face without being too orangey, and I absolutely love it! I'm amazed that it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells, even though I do have some. I don't have an excessive amount, but still, it's impressive how it doesn't highlight them. I guess there's a reason why premium products come with a higher price tag! I honestly can't find any downsides. I'm so thrilled with this gift, and it suits me perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2020
I love that it's not too matte and the color is subtle enough to wear comfortably It looks orange in the tube, but when applied, it has a slight pink undertone - ay********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
It's a beautiful orange-tinted lipstick. Highly recommended for autumn warm skin tones! Unfortunately, the crayon-like texture typical of MAC lipsticks isn't very pleasant. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2020
The vibrant orange color is perfect for adding a pop of color! The application isn't as smooth as I'd like. It feels similar to most MAC lipsticks, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 5, 2020
As a bright spring warm tone, I've gone through more than two tubes of Lady Danger because nothing but a vibrant lip color brings life to my face. However, I felt Lady Danger sometimes looked a bit off on me, so I searched around and discovered So Chaud, which seemed like Lady Danger's twin with a different name! While I thought the colors were identical, So Chaud has a slightly lower saturation, giving it a subtly more subdued feel. This makes it appear less flashy than Lady Danger! I highly recommend this to those who, like me, love Lady Danger but sometimes wonder if it's a tad too much!!! The matte finish and vivid color payoff might be overwhelming for some to pull off! I'd strongly suggest testing it at a store before purchasing! I sometimes apply this lipstick just to the inner part of my lips as an accent over another lip color, or use it alone to create a full gradient lip look! - ha********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 23, 2020
The color was a lovely mix of orange and red, and it was so adorably small, perfect for carrying around! It was quite pricey, and the finish was extremely matte, which was disappointing. Also, even though I have a warm complexion, the lipstick had a slight pink undertone when applied! - ar****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 7, 2020
A vibrant coral-orange lipstick... While I don't use it often, it's a safe choice for occasional statement makeup looks It leans towards a matte finish, so it may accentuate dead skin cells. Make sure to moisturize your lips well before application It's the fourth color from the left in the photo
