After using it, you can feel your skin texture becoming smoother and dead skin cells being neatly managed! As a loyal Body Shop user, I'm on my third bottle and it's not bad at all! The loosened dead skin cells and residue don't come off easily with just water. And if it gets stuck in your hair, it's a real nightmare! I use it about once every two weeks. When I asked at the Body Shop store, they said that instead of removing residue with a cleanser after use, it's better to wipe it off with toner or gently massage it as if you're doing a light cleanse. It comes off quickly that way! At first, I thought the dead skin cells weren't coming off during exfoliation, but after waiting a minute and trying again, they started to come off bit by bit. I loved how my skin felt moisturized even after I finished. If it gets in your mouth, it feels like you've eaten something extremely bitter - it's awful. Even rinsing doesn't help. It's fine as long as you keep it out of your mouth.
