  I've been using this product based on a friend's recommendation, whose skin was glowing beautifully. On very dry days, I apply about 3 sheets before bed, do a face mask, and go to sleep. On regular days, I use one sheet in the morning and evening instead of essence, applying it all over my face. I've been getting a lot of compliments on how great my skin looks after using it.
