As someone with extremely oily skin, I find it hard to finish with a cream, so I opted for this emulsion. It applies as lightly as a hydrating moisturizer, which I love. The scent isn't overpowering either, which is another plus. I think the idea that O'hui products are heavy is just a misconception. After applying my basic and main essences, I finish with this emulsion, and it feels like it creates a protective layer over the essences. Most importantly, it's refreshing and light, which I really appreciate. If you're interested in trying the O'hui line but worried about heaviness, I'd recommend giving The First Geniture Emulsion a try.
ConsI didn't really notice any significant drawbacks. Contrary to expectations of it being thick, it's refreshing and light. It absorbs well into the skin.
TipIf you find creams too heavy, finishing with an emulsion like this can be a great option. As someone with extremely oily skin who finds even hydrating moisturizers heavy, I really need an emulsion that's rich in nourishing ingredients yet light, and this product seems to fit the bill. I especially recommend it as a finishing step for those with oily skin.
