I bought it because my baby had eczema! It has an extremely thick and creamy texture. I would recommend using it as a sealant after applying a moisturizing lotion, rather than using it from the start for moisturizing. While breastfeeding, my nipples became very irritated and the surrounding area started bleeding... It was so dry that flaky skin started forming around it - a total disaster... I looked into it and found that Lansinoh cream is well-known, so I ordered it right away. Surprisingly, when I applied it, the irritation and stinging sensation subsided significantly.
