Hwahae cream has good moisturizing power, so it can be used versatilely as a lip balm, on elbows, and more. The ingredients are also suitable for babies, so it's okay to apply it on babies as well. Due to its oily nature, it is necessary to allow for a brief drying period after application rather than immediately putting on clothes. - my**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2025
This product is so gentle you could apply it to a baby's lips. It's thick, but less so than Vaseline, making it easy to apply. It has a glycerin-like feel but spreads well. The texture is as shown in the photo. When applied to dry lips, it instantly heals chapped areas. I bought it for my baby, but now I'm the one using it! With its reasonable price, it's a comfortable and convenient product to use. I couldn't find any reasons to not recommend this. The ingredients are good and it's great for hydration. - zk*****Dry SkinRecommendedApr 29, 2025
It's incredibly rich and thick, but that means the hydration lasts for ages. When you apply it to your lips and wipe it off after an hour or two, your lips become amazingly soft, moisturized, and smooth. The price is a bit steep for the amount you get... I wish there was more product. Also, the dispenser opening could be a bit narrower. - zl******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2025
I highly recommend this as an essential item for parenting! We've been using it since our baby was a newborn, and now they're 5 months old. The ingredients are so safe that you can even apply it to your chest while breastfeeding without worry. It's completely reassuring to use on baby's delicate skin. There are absolutely no downsides! I think this might be a must-have for all parents during the early years, don't you agree? - dy******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 28, 2025
Lanolin cream is made from 100% natural ingredients extracted from sheep's wool. Its similarity to body temperature allows for excellent absorption and hydration, making it a popular choice for maternity essentials! I initially bought it for my pregnancy kit, but now I mix it with emulsion for both my child and myself during the dry spring and autumn seasons. Although it doesn't blend easily, if you mix it thoroughly before application, it feels slightly sticky but provides long-lasting moisture, which is great! The texture is thick, similar to the well-known Va*eline. However, when applied to the skin, it melts with body heat, giving a glossy appearance like you've applied a rich oil. Many new mothers use it as a protective cream after childbirth and breastfeeding. Plus, it's made with ingredients safe enough to ingest, so you don't need to wash it off before breastfeeding. However, since we wear clothes and go about our daily lives, I always cleaned it off before nursing. While the scent isn't pleasant, the lack of artificial fragrances actually makes it better for use with children. The smell is the only downside. Try mixing it with emulsion or cream for both kids and adults! It's also great for applying to dry hands before bed! - gp*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 17, 2025
As I approached my late 30s and moved to a drier environment, my skin suddenly became extremely dry, which was quite stressful since I'd always had good skin. I discovered this product by chance through a short video. I initially bought it to help with my cracked, hopeless lips, but heard it was great for dry skin too. Though it seemed a bit pricey to me, I decided to buy two (I guess I've gotten used to inflation these days...). And wow, what a surprise! My skin, which was a flaky mess, has really improved. Of course, I also changed my skincare routine, but this thick formula, while seemingly sticky, provides definite hydration. My skin has gotten so much better! I'm not afraid of dead skin cells anymore. It worked wonders on my lips too. You need to apply a bit more on the lips, but the difference between treated and untreated areas is night and day (I use it alongside CU:LIP). While I haven't seen dramatic effects on redness yet, it seems to have reduced my usual redness quite a bit. And most importantly... there was an unexpected benefit! My fingertips were all cracked and peeling, and nothing seemed to help, not even medication or other creams. But my skin has regenerated and improved completely! I really didn't expect this. From a painful, eczema-like state where everything was peeling off, to smooth, new skin! It's truly a savior. I was confused at first, but then realized it was the cream residue on my fingers while applying it that was working its magic! I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. Thank you for saving my skin! I've also recommended it to people around me with cracked, peeling fingers. It's really saved my skin, lips, and fingers all at once! There are no downsides. I initially thought it was a bit expensive, but I'd rather stick with this one product than try various others. Applying a thick layer on your lips at night leaves them smooth by morning. - so*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
My heels were so dry they were cracking and peeling. Other moisturizers didn't help at all, so I applied this without much hope. To my surprise, it improved my skin in just a few days! The scent is a bit strong, but it's reassuring to know it's 100% lanolin, which means it's safe and unlikely to cause allergic reactions. - yj******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 9, 2025
As someone with extremely dry skin, I always need Bepanthen in winter, but it kept cracking on the sides. So I tried Lansinoh Lanolin. It's great for lips and chapped areas, and despite its thick consistency, it's easy to apply on eczema-prone spots. There's no lanolin smell, and it's more hydrating than Vaseline, Aquaphor, or Bepanthen. While Bepanthen is the easiest lanolin product to find in Korea, it's nice that Lansinoh is readily available on online shopping sites. The price point seems a bit high. However, since you only need a small amount, it should last a long time. - ch********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2025
I bought this for my baby's cradle cap! The texture is incredibly rich. Rather than using it as a primary moisturizer, I recommend applying it as a protective layer after your regular moisturizing emulsion. Thanks to its nourishing ingredients and formulation, it does an excellent job of soothing sensitive skin. It's so thick that it doesn't spread easily and can be difficult to remove! Since it can feel sticky if it rubs off, it's best to use this right before bedtime. - st**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 13, 2025
I bought this product for two reasons: 1) To replace Bepanthen as a cream mixer 2) Because of the buzz around Kylie Jenner's lip balm To be honest, reason #1 was really important to me! I naturally have skin that lacks both oil and moisture, and when exposed to heater air, my face becomes insanely dry and my skin starts peeling.. Without the heater air, I always get compliments on my skin! Even I can see that normally I have beautiful, glowing skin without any blemishes! But as soon as I'm exposed to warm, dry air, my skin heats up and starts peeling.. For this reason, I used to mix a small amount of Bepanthen into my cream. It worked well, but it was quite sticky, so I wanted to change. That's why I started using this lanolin cream! ✨ It's less sticky than Bepanthen when mixed in. With Bepanthen, if I used even a little too much, it would get very sticky and make my face itchy, but this doesn't do that as much. ✨ It provides long-lasting, non-greasy moisture. Thanks to this, I've been able to cut my skincare routine in half compared to before. ✨ It's gentle. I heard it's safe for pregnant women and babies to use. It didn't cause any issues with my skin, which has been very sensitive lately due to heat and dryness. It seems as gentle as Bepanthen. 😕 The texture is firm. Unlike the ointment-like Bepanthen, it feels solid like Vaseline. Especially right after delivery, it was too hard to use.. At first, the texture made it a bit difficult to mix in. * I think it was hard because I received it in winter! Now that it's spring, it's softened up and I really like the texture >< It's easy to squeeze out! 😕 I didn't feel it was particularly exceptional as a lip balm. Blog reviews said it was amazing..! But I didn't notice it being especially effective at removing dead skin cells. It definitely makes my lips moist and the hydration lasts a long time, but I was a bit bothered by the dead skin cells that were softened but not quite removed ㅠ If you already have Bepanthen, you probably don't need to buy this! But if Vaseline usually works well for you, I'd recommend it!
