True to its name, this Aqua Gel Cream has a soothing gel-cream texture that feels gentle and refreshing on the skin. It's particularly great for summer use, and I'd highly recommend it for those with sensitive or oily skin types. You might experience a slight dryness if you apply this product immediately after your toner. Also, the jar packaging means you'll need to be extra mindful about hygiene when using it. If you find it a bit drying when used right after toner, try incorporating it as the third step in your routine. Apply your toner, followed by a serum, ampoule, or essence, and then this cream. I found it incredibly hydrating with a lovely scent. It absorbs quickly too. After applying it and sleeping through the night, my skin texture becomes wonderfully soft and smooth. The price is quite steep. It would be great if they offered more discounts. Also, the lid is a bit unstable, so you can't place anything on top of it.

The Acwell Hydrating Aqua Gel Cream's strong point is how wonderfully hydrating it is One disappointing aspect while using it was that the bottle cap felt like it might come off at any moment, which was a bit nerve-wracking

For me, this gel cream alone isn't quite enough, so I layer a richer product on top. What I really love about Ahkko-je is how effortlessly it glides on! The scent is delightfully sweet, reminiscent of bubblegum. And the packaging is just too cute! My skin can't handle ingredients that clog pores, which I unfortunately discovered after using this... I snagged this at a duty-free shop in Jeju Island with a buy-one-get-one-free deal. It's a locally made skincare gem that's impressively lightweight yet packs a hydration punch. The gel texture makes it a breeze to apply. Plus, the generous amount you get is a real bonus! If you slather on too much, it can cause some pilling when you apply makeup. It can also feel a bit heavy on the skin. That said, I didn't experience any major side effects. I have extremely oily skin that's prone to dehydration. My face used to feel very dry every morning, but not anymore after using this. It absorbs well without any stickiness. I'm very satisfied with the ingredients. Despite absorbing quickly, it provides excellent hydration. I'm on my second bottle now. It doesn't cause any blemishes. I definitely plan to repurchase when I run out. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. It suited my skin perfectly. It works even better if you apply an oil or emulsion with rich texture after this moisturizer.

Plus, it absorbs so well, which is fantastic!!! There's not really anything to complain about! If I had to nitpick, maybe the fact that scooping the product directly with your hands could potentially introduce impurities...?

It's still moisturizing and hydrating, so I'd recommend it for all skin types, from oily to dry. It doesn't cause pilling under makeup and works great as a day cream. The texture is quite satisfactory, but you might need to get used to the peculiar scent (like a sweet fruity toothpaste...?). It didn't particularly improve my skin, but it didn't cause any blemishes either. Overall, it was just a good cream for replenishing moisture. Dimethicone, dimethicone, dimethicone. However, it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It contains oils that might be irritating for those with super sensitive skin. I didn't find it particularly irritating on my skin. The scent was just strong and unpleasant. The cream is transparent, so it's hard to gauge how much you're applying. The case has a cute mushroom shape.
