As someone with dry skin that becomes extremely dry in fall and winter, causing my cheeks to feel tight, I need a lot of hydration. In that sense, this serum is more about vitamin supplementation than moisturizing. You can expect your complexion to brighten by about one shade. I stumbled upon this at a duty-free shop at a great price, and the ingredients looked promising, so I used it generously this summer. Given the season, I was cautious about over-applying, fearing it might stress my skin. However, even with just toner, serum, and moisturizer, it worked well without causing any tightness! My skin's overall brightness has truly improved. I'm satisfied and will likely continue using it until winter arrives. As mentioned earlier, it feels more firming than deeply hydrating. As the cold winds start blowing, your face might feel a bit tight, so for me, this serum is best suited for summer use. It gave me the utmost satisfaction as a summer product, especially seeing the effects on my complexion. For intense moisturization, you might want to consider using a different product. Given that the hydrating aspect seems a bit weak compared to its great ingredients, I've been mixing some natural oils into my final moisturizer step. I plan to repurchase this product. My skin type is oily in the T-zone and normal to dry in the U-zone. Actually, my natural skin leans more towards oily, with excess oil and sweat not just on my face, but also on my body and scalp. I initially chose this product based on its ingredients, and when applied, it fills my skin with hydration, making it feel firm and plump. I definitely notice my cheeks feeling tight in this weather if I don't use it. While it doesn't have extraordinary moisturizing power, I find myself using a larger amount to achieve the desired level of hydration. As a result, I go through a bottle in about 5-6 weeks. I typically use 2-3 pumps as a base, but on days when I want extra nourishment, I'll use up to 5-6 pumps. Nevertheless, I believe this product truly delivers when it comes to its ingredients and its role as an essence! While it doesn't cause blemishes, it doesn't seem to have strong enough hydrating power to significantly reduce oil production.

Contains niacinamide, an effective brightening agent. Leaves a subtle, natural orange scent that's not artificial. I've repurchased this product. The honey ingredient can make it feel sticky. The product volume is small. If your skin is sensitive to citrus extracts or honey, you might want to avoid this. If you gently pat it into your skin, the sticky feeling disappears as it absorbs well.
