As someone with oily skin around the eyes and frequent tearing, pencil liners never worked well for me. However, this product glides on smoothly and it's easy to control the amount applied, which I love. Surprisingly, it also has great staying power. The line shows every little shake of your hand. You need to draw very carefully to achieve a clean, precise eyeliner look. - wn********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityApr 17, 2020
I really liked the deep brown color. It doesn't dry too quickly, which makes it great for drawing eyeliner and smudging for a smoky eye shadow effect. The pen tip keeps clumping with shadow and hardening like residue. It's so inconvenient having to wipe it clean on a tissue and repeatedly scrape it off until the eyeliner comes out properly each time before use. What's worse, it doesn't even apply well except with Innisfree shadows. I ended up throwing it away after just a few uses because of constantly having to clean it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2020
The thin tip made it easy to draw! It also seems to apply incredibly smoothly. The color payoff is pretty intense, and it really nails the role of an eyeliner. I loved it so much that I repurchased it and used up the second one too! There was just one downside, and that's the durability. I'll reference this with a photo, but the plastic body seems a bit fragile. It might have been bad luck on my part, but I've gone through two of these, and both times the plastic cracked, causing the head to keep separating from the body. Also, the amount of product is surprisingly... small! The inner tube containing the eyeliner liquid doesn't even fill half of the outer case. As you can see in the photo, it's only about two segments long. For reference, I have relatively small hands. Here's a tip I used when eyeshadow powder or foundation got on the eyeliner, making it hard to draw: Wipe the brush part with a tissue dampened with water, and it'll work well again. If you have wet wipes, using those would be even more convenient! - ch******Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 20, 2020
I absolutely love how this product allows me to draw cleaner lines compared to others! However, it can be a bit tricky to erase and redraw if you don't get the pressure right, which is slightly inconvenient... Pro tip: Wipe the applicator on a tissue before use to minimize mistakes. If you do mess up, simply layer a similar shade over it for a flawless correction - it works like magic! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 27, 2020
Even though I have cool-toned skin, this brown shade worked well for me. I loved that I could draw thin, delicate lines with it. As I used it, the product stopped coming out. Even after rubbing it on a wet wipe, it only worked briefly before stopping again. I couldn't have used that much, so it shouldn't be empty... It's great to use a pencil for the waterline and then connect the tail with this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJan 27, 2020
I loved the brown color, and the thin tip made it easy to draw with. When I first used it, it came out as a reddish-brown (it got better with continued use). As I kept using it, something like... residue? started forming at the tip. Also, sometimes it would stop dispensing product suddenly after working fine. I wouldn't particularly recommend this product... - ju*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJan 21, 2020
I bought this for a trip to the water park. The color is a natural and pretty brown shade. It applies smoothly and seems to have good staying power. I purchased this product specifically because it was supposed to be waterproof. However, I was surprised to find that it came off more easily than I expected. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 31, 2019
The staying power was impressive. The color looked naturally beautiful. The brush felt a bit stiff and thick. - sk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 28, 2019
I've been using this exclusively for two years now, ever since I first bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free sale! The color is exactly what I want - not too deep, not too light - a perfect brown for everyday use. It's long-lasting, which is another big plus. Occasionally, there's an issue with the brush 'clogging up', causing the liquid to not flow smoothly. When this happens, I have to clean it with a wet wipe, which is a bit inconvenient. When I'm doing my eyeliner, I use a pencil for the main line along my lashes, then I use this to extend the wing. This technique makes it last longer and looks great! - io*****Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 20, 2019
This is my go-to eyeliner! The color is perfect - not quite brown, not quite black, but a nicely dark brown that I love. Since my eyes are brown, black eyeliner can look a bit unnatural on me, making my eyelashes seem like they're floating oddly. This is a great choice for a natural look (assuming you're comfortable with brush-tip eyeliners). Another plus is how easily it comes off during cleansing. While water alone leaves it a bit messy, it removes beautifully with cleansing foam. Occasionally, there's some powder fallout. It doesn't happen often, but it's still a bit disappointing. Also, the amount of product is quite small - it feels like you run out pretty quickly. I'm always worried about suddenly not being able to do my eyeliner in the morning, so I always buy two at a time and keep one as a backup.
