  This remover is my go-to for those times when I go all out with my eye makeup, especially when using heavy-duty waterproof mascara. I've been using it for over a year now. The product has two distinct layers - a white water layer and a blue oil layer - so you need to give it a good shake before use to mix them well. After shaking thoroughly, I generously soak a cotton pad and hold it over my eye or lip area for at least 20 seconds. This method works wonders, even on the most stubborn makeup. I specifically bought this to tackle the notoriously tough Etude House waterproof mascara, and I'm thrilled with its cleansing effectiveness. The formula has a watery consistency and a subtle scent that isn't off-putting. But what I love most about this remover is that it doesn't cause any eye irritation at all! When removing heavy eye makeup, I usually avoid products that sting or irritate my eyes, but this one is completely gentle. The price point is incredibly wallet-friendly, so I don't feel guilty using it liberally. It's truly a high-performance, budget-friendly gem. I'd recommend this for all skin types. Despite having an oil layer, I've never experienced any blemishes or clogged pores from using it. For removing point makeup, this product ticks all the boxes - powerful cleansing, great value, and zero irritation. I can see myself using this for years to come!

  Try as I might, I can't think of any downsides to using this product. If you're particularly sensitive to oil-based products, you might want to follow up with a double cleanse, but that's about it.

  리무버 상품을 진짜 수십 개는 써본 듯해요ㅋㅋ 그만큼 퍼펙트 립앤아이 리무버는 저한테 완전 인생템이에요. 특히 ☆스모키☆!!! 화장 자주 하는 저 같은 사람들한테는 이만한 제품이 없어요. 워터프루프 마스카라, 젤 아이라이너도 미끌미끌~ 부드럽게 지워져서 너무 편하고 깔끔하게 마무리돼요! 어떤 점이 좋았냐면요? 일단 세정력 미쳤어요. 화장 진하게 한 날, 다른 제품 쓰면 눈가 비비다가 피부 빨개지고 속눈썹 다 빠지고ㅠㅠ 근데 이건 진짜 살짝 올려놓고 몇 초만 있으면 슥~ 지워져요. 자극도 거의 없고, 눈가도 따갑지 않아서 민감한 날에도 잘 쓰고 있어요.

  리무버 특성상 오일이 좀 있어서, 세안 전엔 눈가에 미끌거림이 남아 있는 게 가끔 신경 쓰이긴 해요. 이중 세안 안 하면 찝찝할 수 있어요. 그리고 양 조절 실패하면 화장솜에 너무 많이 적셔져서 눈에 들어갈 뻔한 적도... 조심히 써야 해요!

  화장솜에 듬뿍 적셔서 눈 위에 5초 정도 올려두는 거예요. 그리고 힘 안 주고 살살 쓸어내리면 아이라이너, 섀도우, 마스카라까지 한 번에 싹~ 지워져요. 그리고 면봉에 조금 묻혀서 언더라인 정리하면 완전 깔끔하게 마무리돼요. 저는 립도 이걸로 닦아내는데 각질 정리도 같이 돼서 더 좋아요! 이 제품은 말이 필요 없어요. 안 써본 사람은 있어도, 한 번만 써본 사람은 없을걸요?ㅋㅋ 진짜 강추합니다!

  The oil and water layers are clearly separated, but with just one shake, they mix perfectly, creating a highly effective makeup remover. It effortlessly removes even waterproof and intense eye makeup without any irritation, leaving skin clean. I'm so satisfied that I plan to repurchase.

  Pros

  Make sure to shake it well to mix the oil before use. I love that the package is short and tall, so it doesn't take up much space. It's gentle enough that it doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes, and true to its name 'Perfect Lip and Eye Remover', it effectively removes even layers of mascara, which is very satisfying. The scent is not strange at all, it's almost unscented which I appreciate.

  I can't believe I haven't written a review until now! I have combination dehydrated, super sensitive skin. When I was 20 and looking to buy my first makeup remover, I heard that Missha and A'pieu removers were the gentlest and most affordable options. I've been using them ever since, except for that one time I tried Skin***d's milk remover before coming back to these. I've been alternating between Missha and A'pieu, but recently I've been using this Missha remover. It's gentle, removes makeup effectively, and works great for me.

  Cons

  Trying to think of downsides... maybe that it momentarily blurs your vision if it gets in your eyes? But it clears up quickly and doesn't sting (and I have sensitive eyes, by the way). Perhaps it's a bit annoying to have to shake it before use? That's about it.

  I've been using Missha's Lip and Eye Remover for nearly a decade now. First off, the value for money is insane, and it excels at the basic function of a remover. It effectively removes eyeliner, lipstick, and even long-lasting tints. Best of all, it doesn't cause any eye irritation or skin issues! The bottle is quite generous too - two bottles a year is plenty for me.
