The smooth application is a plus! It doesn't clump, spreads evenly on the skin, and has less of a white cast. After applying my skincare, this sunscreen went on so nicely that I felt it absorbed really well! The quantity was a bit small... And the biggest issue was... the in...ingredients. I had no idea it would be like this. I got curious about what others thought of this sunscreen, so I searched on Hwahae and unexpectedly found this information. It was quite a shock.... If you apply too much, it can leave a white cast... It's best to use just the right amount! Personally, I'd look for a different sunscreen. The ingredients are pretty alarming...

It seemed to be quickly absorbed after application, making it convenient to apply makeup over sunscreen. I expected a grapefruit scent since it's called a grapefruit sunscreen, but it had a strong alcohol smell. I've been breaking out lately and thought it was due to stress, but it turns out the ingredients aren't very good.

The scent isn't overpowering, which is great. It's a perfect match when you apply foundation over it! I'm prone to blemishes, but this didn't cause any. Well... the ingredients? I bought this sunscreen because I read online that it was very hydrating. It does feel moisturizing the moment you apply it, but within 3 minutes, it turns into an oil slick! I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. There's no way I could go out wearing just this - I'd definitely need to layer foundation on top. It feels more oily than hydrating. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this for those with oily skin.

It doesn't have that typical sunscreen scent, and it doesn't leave a white cast. I developed 3-4 blemishes, and it leaves an oily film on my skin. It doesn't feel matte at all. If you're prone to breakouts from sunscreen alone or have very oily skin, I'd suggest skipping this one. I was searching for a sunscreen without white cast, and this one is a success! It's water-based, absorbs well without any greasiness, and leaves no white residue. Being water-based, it feels a bit soft and watery on the skin...
