I tried this for the first time, and wow, the adherence and pore coverage are truly superior to my usual brands like Espoir and Banila Co! Even when it fades, it maintains a color similar to when first applied, so I don't need touch-ups all day. It's honestly my holy grail! The shade has the least yellow undertone among Shu Uemura foundations, making it perfect for cool-toned skin. It would likely suit light undertones too. Cool-toned beauties, you must get this! It makes you look radiant and doesn't accentuate pores or texture issues. While I didn't experience many blemishes and used it well, I noticed it contains some potentially harmful ingredients. Those with sensitive skin should check the ingredients before use! Also, shade 375 is quite light, so cool-toned individuals with darker skin should carefully check the color chart! The application can be a bit thick, so prep your skin with extra hydration. Once your skincare has fully absorbed, spritz on some mist and blend with a puff for a flawless complexion. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 18, 2020
As someone with dry and dull skin, I found this product quite beneficial. It offers decent coverage while giving my face a radiant look. I've been using it daily, and considering the generous amount you get, I'd say it offers moderate value for money. While I don't typically struggle with blemishes, I wouldn't recommend this for those who prioritize high coverage. Also, if you have extremely dry skin, it might accentuate dead skin cells. For best results, try applying it with a damp sponge - it'll give you that coveted Kim Hee-ae glow! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2020
Just a light application covers pores effectively. It works well for my combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes. I've been using it since my 20s and it's still a great match for me. The only downside might be that it's less convenient than a stick format. Other than that, I have no complaints. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 31, 2020
A hydrating foundation that absorbs well into the skin. It has the most beautiful wear-down and, above all, the longest-lasting formula. While Estée Lauder Double Wear offers unbeatable longevity without stickiness, it dries quickly upon application, making touch-ups challenging. This product, however, stays moisturizing, making it easy to touch up while maintaining excellent staying power. The coverage is also decent. Usually, hydrating foundations tend to fade quickly, but this one truly lasts. Once you try this pore-blurring foundation, you won't want to use any other. It seems to have mastered the trifecta of hydration, coverage, and longevity! I've tried other lines, but Shu Uemura really nails it when it comes to foundation. It's disappointing that it's a Japanese product... But I absolutely can't find a substitute for this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 10, 2020
The coverage is great and it lasts quite well. I'm currently on my third bottle and plan to keep using it in the future. There's not really anything to complain about, but I prefer applying it with a sponge rather than a flat brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 26, 2019
It feels like it covers pores and scars really well I'm not sure if it's because of the Innisfree Blur Pact, but after some time, my pores become quite noticeable. When I use this for makeup, I get small blemishes... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 7, 2019
The color expression is beautiful. It's a bright pink shade, exactly the color I was looking for. The staying power seems to be on par with others. As for pore coverage... it seems to work somewhat, but since I have relatively small pores, I don't notice a significant difference. Using this alone isn't enough. I'm not extremely sensitive and have never had issues when changing foundations, but with this one, I can feel it. I can tell it's causing blemishes... Even though I don't usually have sensitive skin, this made me wonder if I might be sensitive after all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 22, 2019
This is my holy grail foundation! Its semi-matte finish is perfect for oily skin all year round, and you don't even need a primer as it covers pores quite well. It applies thinly but gives a beautiful complexion. Even with my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes. I can wear it for about 10 hours without touch-ups, and it doesn't break down unattractively! It just seems to fade gracefully. As time passes and it blends with your skin's natural oils, it looks even more beautiful. The coverage isn't the best, but that's what concealer is for! Honestly, I want to use this foundation for life. It's a Japanese product... In the current climate, I don't particularly want to buy Japanese products. Oh, it's truly my holy grail foundation though! I've become a foundation nomad now, searching for alternatives. To be honest, I've been only wearing sunscreen for the past 4 months because I can't find another foundation that works as well. For those with dry skin, make sure to build a solid skincare routine as a base! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJul 27, 2019
The ivory shade matched my skin perfectly, and I loved how well it covered my pores. It darkens a bit over time, but you can easily touch it up with another layer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 29, 2019
As someone with oily skin, I love how this product effectively conceals my pores and feels lightweight. What's more, it offers decent coverage, which is a plus. I have an in-between skin tone of 22-23, and using shade 774 gives me a radiant complexion. It's particularly great for those with redness, as the slight yellow undertone helps balance it out. The price is definitely a consideration... If you're looking for a daily product, it's not a cost you can ignore. Also, it does have a noticeable yellow undertone, so I strongly recommend testing it before purchasing.
