I tried it as soon as I received it. The texture feels like a mix between a gel and an emulsion. First off, I loved that it's not too rich! It's not completely oil-free either, making it perfect for spring and fall. It absorbs well, and after application, my skin feels nice and firm. Best of all, it didn't cause any blemishes. It felt like it spread cleanly and evenly. It was great for hydration! I especially liked that it wasn't completely oil-free.
ConsThe first thing I noticed was the scent; it's reminiscent of a department store cosmetics counter. The fragrance felt a bit strong, though it doesn't last long. Actually, I applied this cream after just toner, but after a while, my skin felt dry, so I had to reapply. While it feels clean, I got a slight sensation of a film on my skin, though not excessively - it was almost like a sleeping mask. Honestly, the price point is a bit disappointing too.
TipFor those with deep dryness, try mixing in a drop or two of face oil when applying! But only at night. Use it this way in spring and fall, and in summer the product alone might be enough! It could also work well as a sleeping mask if you apply a generous amount before bed. It's perfect to use after toner, serum or ampoule, then cream. Applying the cream right after toner was a bit drying for me.
