My skin type is combination! It's a mix of dry and oily. I have overall redness on my face and while I don't have many blemishes, there are a few very minor scars - nothing too severe. Overall, my skin is super sensitive and can react badly even to gentle cica creams if they don't suit me. Due to mask-wearing, I've been dealing with dermatitis, visiting the dermatologist almost monthly for prescriptions and steroid ointments, going through cycles of improvement and relapse. While browsing, I came across a post claiming this product was effective for dermatitis, so I decided to give it a try! What surprised me when I checked The Hwahae Testers was that despite some questionable ingredients, there were no reports of blemishes, breakouts, or sensitive reactions. From my perspective, I'd recommend this more for those with dermatitis, scars, or sudden skin flare-ups rather than acne-prone skin! I'm not exaggerating when I say I've tried almost all the popular products recommended on social media, Naver blogs, and YouTube, but most of them had little effect. This product, however, worked wonders for me. I'm extremely satisfied, though I can't speak for others! I even have proof of purchase photos to show I bought this with my own money! Hope this helps! I was shocked by the number of questionable ingredients... While I'm also sensitive to scents, I didn't find the fragrance too overwhelming in this case. But of course, this can vary from person to person... I recommend this for those dealing with dermatitis, redness, or flushing caused by mask-wearing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 23, 2020
It's a French product famous for being used in skincare salons... but I was surprised to find harmful ingredients! I can't really think of any good points. Are people still buying and using this these days? Mineral oil is one of those ingredients that shouldn't be included - it's a petroleum-based oil! I don't understand the logic behind selling it at such a high price. Is it pride? Before claiming it contains good ingredients, they should focus on not including the bad ones. There are plenty of skin-beneficial ingredients they could use without resorting to this, but it seems they've been too stingy. Since it's a French product, maybe only French citizens should use it. This was a product I used to use in skincare salons, and I've heard about it from clients many times. I feel so deceived now. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 3, 2020
The application was just right - not too heavy, not too light. It spread nicely and didn't cause any blemishes, which was great. I didn't see any remarkable results, which made me hesitant about repurchasing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 3, 2019
My face tends to be quite dry, so when I apply a generous amount before bed, my skin feels comfortable in the morning It's quite rich, which works well for me, but it might feel a bit too oily for others - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 18, 2019
After using this consistently for 5 years, my redness has completely disappeared. It's truly a holy grail product for combating redness! While it's excellent for redness, it contains too many ingredients that might not be good for the skin. Also, when used during times of poor skin condition, it can cause skin irritation. Here's a pro tip: apply this before using a sheet mask, and you'll be amazed to find your skin looking brighter and your redness significantly calmed afterwards. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 14, 2019
As I have sensitive skin, I loved the soothing effect after application! I'm hesitant because I heard the ingredients aren't great. Should I look for another product? When applied before makeup, it creates a dewy, glowing complexion - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 24, 2018
I used this during winter when my skin felt deeply dry. It's really moisturizing when your skin is parched. The way it absorbs into the skin is also great. I had to stop using it because I kept getting blemishes. My skin reacted badly, and I think this product might have been the cause. Not recommended for acne-prone skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 24, 2018
I have combination skin that's on the sensitive side. Since switching to this cream, I've never felt that deep dryness I used to experience. It's been a great cream for me! It leaves my skin quite shiny, so when I'm applying makeup, I always have to start by patting down the excess oil with mineral powder. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 23, 2018
It absorbs smoothly and leaves a beautiful glow after application. While it maintains a radiant surface, there's a feeling of deep dryness underneath. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 18, 2018
As expected from an esthetic product, the effects are immediate. After application, my skin looks radiant and has a beautiful glow. When my family and I used it together, opinions were divided. Due to the ingredients, some of us experienced redness and blemishes on our faces. The scent is... unfortunately like chemicals. It's also excessively rich in oils. I apply it generously at night like a massage cream and give myself a facial massage. Alternatively, I apply a thick layer before bed, and in the morning, my skin has a lovely glow.
