It was too harsh for facial use. While applying, it felt irritating, and when I put on toner afterward, it stung quite a bit.

The scent was pleasant, and it felt great when applied to the body. It was especially effective on my wrinkled neck, which is usually difficult to exfoliate. Normally, when I wear clothes, you can see yellowish neck grime. Also, I have severe back acne, so my back tends to accumulate dead skin cells that are hard to remove. Using this on my back was fantastic!

The instructions say to massage it in, but as soon as I touch my skin after applying, the dead skin cells come right off. There's no time for massaging
