I'm struggling to find any positives worth mentioning, even though I'm supposed to write at least 20 characters about the good points... As soon as I applied this, my face turned red. The next day, I woke up with blemishes on my cheeks. - se*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2019
The scent was pleasant, and it felt great when applied to the body. It was especially effective on my wrinkled neck, which is usually difficult to exfoliate. Normally, when I wear clothes, you can see yellowish neck grime. Also, I have severe back acne, so my back tends to accumulate dead skin cells that are hard to remove. Using this on my back was fantastic! It was too harsh for facial use. While applying, it felt irritating, and when I put on toner afterward, it stung quite a bit. If it doesn't suit your face, try using it on your neck or back... - wc*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 4, 2018
I chose this at Olive Young because it was cheaper and had more product compared to other scrubs The instructions say to massage it in, but as soon as I touch my skin after applying, the dead skin cells come right off. There's no time for massaging - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2018
I tried it for the first time and it was better than I expected. It seems like good value for the price. The downside is that it's too runny and starts dripping even before application... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2018
The peeling is truly effective without any irritation, and it seems to remove dead skin cells thoroughly. The smooth skin is a bonus! I'm almost finished with it, and I just found out... why... is it discontinued? (tears rolling) It was my holy grail peeling gel... Even with fragrance added, it still smells like alcohol. My sensitive nose makes it uncomfortable to use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 27, 2017
This peeling gel removed dead skin cells more effectively than any other I've tried! I wanted to buy it again, but it's been discontinued. It's not that I didn't want to repurchase, but that I couldn't. I really wish they'd bring it back... That's how amazing this product was! The biggest drawback was the difficulty in controlling the amount dispensed. Apart from that, it was absolutely perfect and I loved it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 22, 2017
I really liked the soft texture of this product. The exfoliator I used before left my skin feeling artificially coated, but this one feels more natural in its exfoliation. It definitely seems to manage dead skin cells, though for me it felt a bit gentler (compared to my previous product, which was from a different brand - individual results may vary). It's challenging to control the amount of product that comes out. More often than not, a large amount is dispensed, which leads to unintentionally using more than necessary. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 21, 2017
It seems pretty decent. It didn't cause any particular issues for my skin. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's actually exfoliating... The effects are subtle, but it doesn't seem to irritate my skin much. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSep 20, 2017
Ever since I used Skinfood's Black Sugar scrub ages ago, I hadn't found an exfoliator I really liked. But I stumbled upon this one at Olive Young, and it was pretty affordable, so I gave it a shot. Now I'm hooked! I've already repurchased it twice because I couldn't find anything better. It's especially great during seasonal changes when my dead skin cells tend to build up. After exfoliating with this and following up with some good hydration, my skin feels incredibly soft. Personally, I prefer this type of exfoliator that dissolves dead skin cells rather than those with granules. It contains alcohol, so those with super sensitive skin might not love the scent. I'm not a huge fan of it myself. Also, it can sting a bit if you get it near your eyes. That being said, I still use it around my eye area occasionally because it's so effective at removing dead skin cells there. It's a bit of a 'no pain, no gain' situation... I applied it to dry skin (it doesn't seem to work as well on damp skin). After cleansing with warm water to soften the dead skin cells, I patted my face dry with a towel, then used the exfoliator. Afterwards, I rinsed with cool water. Then it was straight on to my hydration routine! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 19, 2017
After using it, even if it doesn't exfoliate well, my skin feels softer It burns as soon as I apply it to my face, and there's some irritation. I bought it for exfoliation, but it doesn't even remove dead skin cells
