My skin was in an all-out war with acne, and I was like, 'Alright, let's see who wins this battle!' I tried everything, and ended up with a face full of every type of blemish imaginable. Then, I found this product lying around at home. Can you believe it? I've only had it on for two hours, and already everything except the white, angry pimples has calmed down (though I might lose the battle and pop those, haha). I was about to lose my mind over the constant breakouts, but seeing them retreat so quickly is unbelievable. Since it's a powder, I washed it off after two hours, but it was so gentle I could've slept with it on. I'm going back for more!
ConsIn my frustration, I didn't notice how tricky it is to apply this powder to your face. You have to tap it into your palm first, then use your fingers to pat it on, but half ends up on your face and half on the floor. Once you manage to get it on, it dries to a patchy white. Still, I guess patchy white is better than patchy with blemishes...
TipI saw a review suggesting mixing the powder with a sticky emulsion to prevent it from falling off, but that made my acne worse. I think the emulsion didn't agree with my skin. Even though it's wasteful, just use the powder as is. It seems to work much better for calming the skin.
