There's a sort of artificial plastic scent...? It's not so strong that I can't apply it or that I notice it while applying, but I can smell it when patting near my nose. The scent doesn't linger after application, and it doesn't cause any blemishes, so I'm still using it without issues.

It feels refreshingly cool as soon as you apply it! The blue color that comes out on the puff seems to be the reason for the definite brightening effect. But it doesn't leave a ghostly white cast! I bought it because of the affordable price, and it exceeded my expectations. It seems perfect for summer use!
